If I could, I would give this company 0 stars!

Scam company! Had good contact until everything was paid then total silence! Despite many, many attempts to get hold of their customer service phone and email. Until 2 weeks ago
A long explanation about a car accident that caused the delay, as soon as I made demands to get the money back, Peter stopped contacting me again. totally silence again.
A scam company that put effort into a nice website but milks money from its customers, over and over again.

I orderd a wadrobe 1/4-2023.

Fraud...recommend police reporting

Worst service ever. product ordered several months ago. no response, no product. was given a delivery date for three months after order was placed. three months have passed and no order still or ANY communication from this store. i can see their previous shop went into forced bankruptcy so really this shop is a scam. at this stage I will report to police if money is taken from my account. and my bank is ordered to NOT make payment. stay away these are scammers.
Edit: owner has finally cancelled my order. Unfortunately I also took time to google the owners and there is a lot of “unusual “ activity there. Just stay away to be on the safe side. At the time that I ordered the website clearly stated the last batch produced was in January. The store then only changed the delivery time after several mails from myself. The agreed delivery date in May came and went. After several unanswered emails, the shop informed me that the order was ready from the supplier but as they had been in a car accident, the factory was unable to deliver to them -for one entire month. It is completely true, I never paid. The monies were reserved by purehome i confirmed that with my bank. I decided to not continue with this purchase due to questionable customer service, I doubted that I would have a positive experience in the event that I needed to return the goods and then try in vain to get a refund.

Hej Tiffany. Du købte en varer den 12 marts med 13 ugers produktionstid, derfor har du ikke hørt fra os, idet varen endnu ikke er færdigproduceret. Du har aldrig betalt for varen. Og din ordre er annulleret.

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The order was partly damaged when I received it and the rest was not what I expected - I even went into the store to confirm what I wanted and what I was ordering (as the images are terrible!) and they said it was. When I asked to return the order it took a month for them to send returns labels after many messages. I am now waiting on my refund, it has been about a month since I returned the goods, still no response to anything. I’ve even messaged them on Instagram when they are clearly online and they don’t reply.

I have returned a product by post as advices by Customer Service and have never received money back...:/ Very bad experience. No communication by e-mail or phone. This is disrespectful treatment of customer.

This has been one of my worst customer…

This has been one of my worst customer service experiences.

I have purchased the Damon table in November with a delivery date around christmas.

It was just now in April when I have received the final table.

Besides my understanding for the current supply chain issues due to Covid, the communication from Pure Home was a disaster.

During the whole 5 months, I was not one able to reach anybody via phone.

When requesting updates via e-mail or the website support, I have very rarely received an answer at all. And when there was an answer, it was most of the time no real information.

When my nerves were at an end due to the lacking communication and due to the fact that I am bound to a table for home office, I requested any type of compensation. There was- again- no answer at all.

When the table finally arrived, nobody gave me a call (as agreed). The table was just put into the front yard.

In a nutshell: leaving the delayed delivery of 3 months!! aside, still my worst experience. Just because the company had no intent to communicate properly.

Product not received, support unresponsive

I placed an order on the 16th of February. I was supposed to get it shipped on the 26th of February, but it wasn‘t. On the 22nd of March I received a notification the product was ready to be shipped from the manufacturer, but since then, silence.

I have sent multiple emails asking for an update on my order, and all of them have been ignored.

I understand the shipping times and delivery is a little messy right now due to the world circumstances, but I would appreciate if the store made an effort to at least answer emails, even if just to say the product is still in the factory.

This store makes me feel I am dealing with a scam. I know they are not a scam, but the support being so unresponsive makes me feel I threw my money out of the window.

I hope to someday receive my product, and, after that, forget that store.
