Any game put out by this company is dog water. Doesn't matter which site you are on, if its Playson, its awful. There are sites I won't use anymore because of these games, and I cannot imagine I am the only one. If you open a game, and see the word "Playson" don't say you weren't warned...absolute garbage.

Do not play Playson games! They are a horrific company. I was using the online platform instaspin.com and playing buffalo power 2 whenI entered into a bonus round that looked like it had a decent win, and the game suddenly crashed, after some back and forth, I was informed that due to the game being manually ended there would be no further compensation, it's disgusting to think that these companies can decide if you can win or not, rather than being based on luck, I have time stamped messages and screen shots and I will be looking at where to take this further.

Game still disconnecting & unable to get funds. Talked to customer service of website where the provider has games & they informed me that it's showing it was paid out, I said it hasn't but I mysteriously had $33nz added to my acc, they looked again & saw that this amount was part payment from the free spins & not all of the $96.30nz.

Like all the online games, Playson games are no different from the end goal, just take your money. The developed a very adictive game woth potential bonus games, but in the end these take longer to launch and the prices are getting lower each time. The silly thing of this it that you know what will happen before you start to play. There is no chance of actually winning something substantial, but that's no different with all the other providers. It's a loosing game.....
