I contacted your service but it seems that the people there are not very well trained. They can't tell the difference between a case for a samsung galaxy tab s9 and a samsung galaxy tab s9 plus (10 plus) which is much bigger and can't fit. They are still asking me to try this case and send pictures of the tablet. By the way, I have already sent pictures of the case where the model is clearly visible.
I'm returning 3 stars only because they decided to refund my products

I ordered MOCOLO UV TEMPERED GLASS XIAOMI for Mi10 PRO and I was disappointed as it was a screen protector meant to be tempered glass and unfortunately I received a light plastic screen protector which snapped when I tried to apply it and the UV liquid was dry. This was the second screen protector I had ordered, the first one I return but I had to throw away the second. I think the products phone life are selling are of very low quality and the company does not test the quality of these products before putting them in the market
They have the worst customer service and not a reliable company,
I purchased the Screen protection "Copter Exoglass" for Samsung phone, and after installation, I lose the sensitivity of the screen.
I directly contact the customer service for support and change the product, but they just told me I have to contact the producer of the Screen.
I brought the product at your company, and you are in charge of any claims and return and not a producer.
