Order lost in cyberspace?
We got the order confirmation by e-mail but no goods ever showed up in the mail. We tried to send e-mails asking what had happened but got no reply. We're surely happy we didn't pay in advance!

Jeg har snakket med kundesenteret og sett etter ordren din, men jeg har nok litt for lite informasjon til å kunne finne noe.
Når det gjelder betaling: Vi tar aldri forehåndsbetaling, vi ser heller ikke betalingsinformasjonen utover at ordren er betalt med kort.
