I bought three fleece jackets at a good price. One didn't fit, so I returned it. Their return system doesn't work. You don't know when they received it back. You don't receive any notifications. I've written to them, and they said they had difficulties processing the refund with my credit card. I've sent them my bank details, and they haven't responded. I've sent three emails, which they've ignored. It's been three weeks, and I think I've wasted my time and money. I don't recommend them. A good price is useless if you end up losing money because of a fraudulent service.

Ordered a sweater, was sent wrong color and for man instead of woman. Sent package for refund on 13 Nov, Postnord says package was "consolidated" Nov 15, no tracking since that time. I have tried to contact Outdoorexperten.no multiple times to resolve the situation via epost with no response. So now I have spent 1,400nok on alot of stress with no item to show for it and zero help from customer service @ Outdoor Expert. Never again will I order from this company. I have had positive experience with Fjellsport.no and Milrab.no / I highly recommend you check these companies before buying anything from OE.

Avoid like plague, I ordered my items 3 months ago (in March) after the postoffice screw up and returned them, since them I am still waiting for a refund perhaps one day...

Very bad customer relations, I have not received my product due to a Post messup and the product has been returned to the vendor, I have sent a few emails over a period of time (1 week) and nobody even bothered to say : 'Hello' or 'We will look into this' will not purchase from you again.

I HAD BIG PROBLEMS WITH MY RETUR AND REFUND PAYMENTS:
It was 10.12.2020, 3 weeks after I sent my Retur back to OutdoorExp., but they didn't react.
So, when I got Bekreftelse/ Confirmation from PostNord, that they delivered my Retur items to OutdoorExperten on 30.11.2020, I sent this Bekreftelse to OutdoorExp.(on 10.12.2020).
But they denied, repudiate to have received my Retur items! (Because, they didn't want to pay back the Refund!)
And in the next almost 2 months OutdoorExp. continued denying, even they blaim and accuse PostNord, that PostNord is responsible for my items to be "disappeared".
Only Тhanks to the huge help from PostNord and my Attorney, OutdoorExp. admitted and confirmed, that they had received the items, and finally, after 2 months, they paid the Refund to me.
PEOPLE, DON'T RELY ON THEIR RETUR "KUNDESERVICE", YOU COULD GET A LOT OF STRESS AND PROBLEMS!
p.s. About Outdoorsexp.'answer (1 day ago), where they write: "...difficult to know exactly what without an order number... " , my comentar is:
:) :) :) Outdoorexp., you are shameless, arogant liers - everything with my parcel was akurat, and you know it perfect: Returadress, Angreskjema with Ordernummer..... - everything was filled in correctly and accurately! I sent to your firma so many emails - but without adequate response from you, and many times - without any response!
You are shame for the Trade industry in Sweden!

I had to return the item I had bought. I returned as the describe on the website. Today i’ ve been waiting for 1, 5 month and the money is still not paid out.

The order was processed very quickly, and sent on the same day as ordered. All the goods was fine.
