Don’t answer emails and calls.

I have called and emailed this company. And they never answered.looking like that only answer those write them on Facebook. I am asking myself, how a professional company Isn't there a specific person to do this job? And how about those people have don’t have Facebook? 🤔🤔

God information under behandling af ordre og levering. Varen er dog beklædt med et stof, som ikke er helt så behagelig at sidde på, men det burde jeg jo nok have tjekket inden jeg bestilte 😟

Horrific customer service. Thieves.

Horrific customer service. Took my money and delivered a faulty product. Offered me less than 20% of the original purchase cost as "compensation". The company was unable to send a missing spare part. Asked me to pay myself to return the faulty item before I could get a replacement one. Customer Service representative was about hopeless. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SCAM / UNETHICAL COMPANY!

Awful customer service, despite their supposed "service-minded customer service" claim

Faulty item sent with missing assembly part. Upon writing to customer service, I was told that I would have to wait 3 weeks (!) before receiving the spare part. Meanwhile, I have a semi-complete piece of furniture clogging up my living room. No compensation or flexibility provided. To obtain a refund I would have to bear the inconvenience and cost of returning the item myself (wholly unrealistic and unreasonable).

Cheap but poor quality

Delivery was quick and the bed was cheap, but the bed is of poor quality, and the assembly instructions are appalling, and in one instance completely wrong - I had to disassemble part of the bed I had made and re-measure, ignoring the measurements given in the instructions. The pictures on the internet are not very good so it's difficult to get a clear idea of the bed beforehand, but I was disappointed. I'm glad that I did not also buy a mattress from this company.

The product is bad

The product is bad, damaged and poor finishing. lots of gap between the wooden planks post finishing. Sorry not coming back
