It's A SCAM , DONT FALL FOR IT.

J'ai acheté un meuble à chaussure stérilisant et j'ai reçu une pochette, le pire est que j'ai aussi payé les frais de douane croyant que c'était le meuble qui me serait envoyé. Ce site est une vraie arnaque ne jamais commandé. je n'ai jamais reçu mon remboursement.

I bought a sterilising shoe cabinet and received a pouch, the worst thing is that I also paid the customs fees believing that it was the cabinet that would be sent to me. This site is a real scam, never order from it. I never received my refund.

SCAM ! SCAM ! SCAM!!!!! Run away from this company! It is a complete scam. They don't send you anything, and IF you can get a hold of customer service, they just give you the run around. It is a form letter saying the same thing every time "I'm sorry you haven't received your order. How about you kindly wait two more weeks".

Order an Item from Nolanes, and it keeps on disappearing in transission.
I have contacted the customer service several times and they keep assuring that they are sorry for the item disappearing. I have asked for a refund, with no answer!! I hope this scam company will be taken down ASAP, as they still keep on advertising in media.

I ordered a carry on bag from NOLANES in January 2023. I still have not received it. I tried contacting the customer service department and was sent a message saying that the package was delivered to me. I never got it.
I'm still seeing the company advertising on Pintrest. I have lost confidence in shopping on line. When will you begin to really protect customers against scammers? Customers depend on you to vet companies and identify scams

why is Pinterest still supporting these scam companies

Ordered tools in Jan 2023. Received a $5.00 ring from China almost two months later. No way to contact the scam artist. Still waiting on some sort of sensible reply, which isn't going to happen.

I provided a review on Nolanes previously, but wanted to follow up as I'm still dealing with the issue. I ordered a craft cabinet advertised on Pinterest in February, after many emails (and months later), Nolanes promised to issue a FULL refund, but I have yet to receive it. My last response from them was "so sorry, please be patient will take 5-7 days". I have filed a fraud claim and what I was told is the reason they send a random light weight item is because per VISA requirements they have to not only prove it was mailed, but also delivered. They just keep changing the company name, but still have the craft cabinet on Pinterest. So sad no one is shutting them down.

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Ordered 2 furniture products got sent a mini backpack (from a dollar store) and they refuse to issue a refund. This company is a scam. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Total scam. Says it’s in transit and delivered, got a freaking small orange bag. They said it was the shippers fault and if I wanted a refund, I’d have to send it back…. Blah blah blah
Filing fraud with the bank. Out $49 plus shipping and usd exchange. Deal was too good to be true (motorcycle dolly). Bull crap I say!

When "tracking" reported my craft storage cabinet as delivered to addressee, I emailed the "24 hr support" address to declare that I, the addressee, have NOT received anything. After a few days, they responded: "Tracking reports item delivered to addressee." I called BS on them, saying they are a scam. This is not over. Not by a long shot. Pinterest has lost all credibility with me as well.

Well I didn't know that they were a scam... So yes I paid 49.95for their craft storage cabinet... 4 weeks ago. I emailed them about them not sending me the tracking info..they answered right back with number ect. But said it would take me another 2weeks before delivery...then I found this web site. Now I am very concerned that I won't get my cabinet. If I don't...I will call my bank an charge them with fraud.....They should be taken off all websites.

Url doesn’t go anywhere anymore, and they sent a little package of nothing so that tracking showed it was delivered, but no product arrived.

Have raised case with bank, fingers crossed. Save your money.

Same story. Ordered something on Pinterest and never received my order. The tracking number was literally a box that I could edit myself. Shame on Pinterest for allowing them to continue to sell.

I had the same bad experience with this company also. Supposedly ordered 1 Travel Suitcase (get 2 if order Now). Received a small orange bag that is big enough for makeup, so yes, I did receive an order with Tracking number, but not the right order. I paid $29.99 plus $9.99 Shipping. Yes, Pinterest should be ashamed to allow Nolanes Store to post their ad.
I received an email from them “thanking me for my purchase” and I could click on to “view my order”, but NOTHING HAPPENED. Then I clicked on View our Store, and NOTHING HAPPENED. I’m going to report them to report fraud.ftc.gov and I recommend everyone else who is scammed do the same. I have never had this happen before with an online product!!! I also will contact PayPal and file a Dispute, but I have a feeling this company knows how to scam people and get away with it!!

I ordered 2 human pet beds for my twins and have argued with the company that I didn’t receive what I ordered. They kept saying it was delivered but when confirmed with the post office not only did I not get what ordered but I got an adjustable ring!! 😳 Out $50 bucks and my babies are so upset!!’

This is a scam company be aware of this Pinterest should be contacted as to this illegal fake company. It’s from china, zoe whoever or whatever you are?!you are a lying thief. I have just spent nearly £35 for airline suitcase trying to get a reimbursement from my Barclay card.

If I knew this was a scam I would of never ordered from here. Worthless jerks. Im calling my bank and getting them for fraud.
