Damaged lamp replacement

I contacted customer service after one of my bollard lamps was damaged. At first the item was out of stock and was not listed on the website. Sonia was so helpful in sorting out a replacement light for me, it was ordered & delivered within 24 hours. I can only say it was a pleasure to receive such a great service.

Lovely chandelier

The Mayala 5 light chandelier is perfect. It arrived promptly and packed extremely well, which was crucial to keep the delicate glass rods from breaking. The electrician had no problems fitting the brass frame and I fitted the glass drops myself. This was very easy although it took me nearly two hours to unwrap and fit them! There were a few spares too. I'm delighted with the chandelier!

Excellent quality and highly recommended

I duplicated my order by mistake (my fault) I spoke to Sonia in sales who organised the collection of the incorrect item and my refund, all done to perfection.
My correct order was excellent quality and I would highly recommend National Lighting ***** 👍

Pug Table Lamp

I ordered from National Lighting a Black Pug lamp and was delivered fast and efficiently, however on receipt it was a faulty.
I emailed with my complaint and this was resolved with a replacement, which works and is fab!!!
Julia from National Lighting was brilliant, her customer service was amazing and I certainly would recommend the company. 😀

Lovely experience with Customer…

Lovely experience with Customer Service, really helpful and polite. It was my first time ordering with National Lighting and I had a question before I placed my order which the customer service team were able to help with and pointed me in the right direction. Their response was quick and efficient and meant I didn't have to wait around to place my order which is important for the project I'm currently working on. Looking forward to receiving my order, I was also told of the process, what to expect and that the order is due in just a couple of days which is ideal. Very happy so far.

Fantastic service

Just wanted say how impressed I have been in dealing with your company
The product and delivery were great and although we did have a small issue this was resolved with a replacement delivery the very next day.
My queries were dealt a by Julia who responded much faster than I have been used to with some companies.

Great item fantastic service.

I ordered a lamp over this the Bank Holiday weekend but due to internet issues ordered two lamps. Both lamps were delivered on Tuesday. I contacted the help desk and Sonia could not have been more helpful. She arranged for DPD to collect the lamp the next day and after sending a copy of the collection card arranged for an immediate refund. BTW the lamp is perfect and just what we were looking for. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Other companies could learn what great customer service is like National lighting. Thanks for a great experience.

A Very Customer Focused Company!
