Did not include my children in my life insurance policy which I pay 80 pound a month for .Tried ringing them to get this sorted nobody picks up feel massively let down to not include my children in my life insurance cover after I said it over and over again not good

Had an extremely pleasant call with a chap called Billy Tee today. I have been wanting to review a policy I’ve had a for a while now and am so glad that I got it through multiqo. It was an easy conversation and was able to tailor the cover to exactly what I wanted. At one point in the call, I had to take a work call, however, Billy was able to break at that point and he called me back as agreed, 30 mins later to finish the policy.

Billy was incredibly informative, friendly and helpful. He was stuck on the phone with me for well over an hour finding the right product for my family and I. I felt listened to and like I came out with exactly what I needed from it, and also new ideas on how better to protect us moving forward. Highly recommend him.

Jordan whom I spoke with was great, he was very polite and apologised for certain questions he had to ask as they were quite personal. The time I was on the phone wasn't long and I appreciated that, I also got exactly what I wanted. I'm a very happy person.
