Misleading delivery information
Paid extra for “priority” delivery (promised within 2 business days). It didn’t arrive. Support told me that timeframe is only an estimate and they don’t guarantee delivery—even for the premium fee. Really disappointed.

Sweet checkout process, messy delivery
The website and the entire checkout process gave a serious and great impression and I was very satisfied.
However, the next day I got the "Delivery" email and one of my 2 products were removed. The entire email was just a great mess, weird line breaks, misspelling, lots of broken links etc.
I tried to contact the swedish support but got confirmation from the norwegian one where it had different information in norwegian and english.
I contacted the support on the swedish website and once again got in contact with a norwegian support.
They just said "the product is no longer in stock".
So not only do they have issues with their stock, since it said "in stock" in the website, but they don't notify customers about removed products.

Incorrect description, no response to complaint
Both the Finnish and Norwegian language versions of the site offered a discount for people who sign up for their newsletter. However, the discount code would only work in the Norwegian store. After ordering, it turned out one of the two pairs of sunglasses I ordered was a different model, though of the correct brand. It was listed as the "Original Pilot", yet was in actuality the "General". Upon receiving the items, I noticed neither of the sunglasses were polarized in spite of their descriptions stating otherwise. They also claimed Tom Cruise wore them in the film Top Gun, which I can find no evidence for. The company hasn't responded to my complaint about the products in the two weeks since filing one.

I must say I was surprised how fast I received my order, being used that most orders here in Norway take more than 3 days. Well done Milrab
Stay away. Completely improvised
Visit the website and you are offered a 10% discount by subscribing to their newsletter. If you refresh your browser, you'll immediately
be offered 15% discount for doing so. Not serious.
Their outbound logistics is badly designed since they have no control over the real stock levels shown on the website.
I bought a tent which in theory they had a few units left. As soon as I checked out (using credit card), an EDI shipping notification was sent to Bring (their delivery partner) and a picking list was printed for the guys at the warehouse. A few minutes later, an email was sent to the me containing a tracking number. The stock level on the website was not decreased after my checkout.
The next few days, I have been waiting for the tracking information to get updated... but no luck, so I decided to call customer service.
What happens is that when the guys at the warehouse cannot find an item, THE COMPANY DOES NOTHING. They do not inform you of the issue and proceed with the next sales order. As the customer already got a tracking number, he/she thinks that the order is being processed and waits. When the customer gets tired of waiting, he contacts customer service and finds out that the item has not even been picked. But if the customer does not call, nothing happens!!
Everytime you contact customer support and choose an alternative product, a new picking list + shipping notification is created and it is not prioritized at the warehouse!!! You go back at the end of the queue, and the whole nightmare starts again... you wait, no info from them, you call, new choice, new tracking number, you wait again...
There is no proactive communication from Milrab warning you of low stock or any problem.
You cannot trust their website: stock is not accurate, and you can find big price differences (35%) between two colours of the same product.
The shipping notification and tracking number email should be created AFTER the guys at the warehouse have picked and packed the items, not before.
Sales orders which have had problems should be prioritized and not put back at the end of the queue.
I will never buy again from you and I recommend everyone to stay away from this company. And please... don't waste your time with an apology here, use it in improving your logistics.

I thought there was an issue with my order. I just emailed customer support to cancel the order. Apparently, there was an issue with their system. Good thing the order was already shipped and everything turned out fine. Thank you for the prompt response.

Soles for military boots
I ordered a pair of soles for the military boots I bought, and although everything was alright with the order, I was disappointed to notice that the size 40 soles were too small for the size 40 boots.

So far, not so good...
I ordered a watch, waited 20 days for delivery. I received a dirty, damaged used one?!? After one month, I am still waiting for confirmation if I will receive a new one. So I am still waiting, and I am not sure what will happen. My advice to all new customers is to double-check if the goods are in stock before purchasing. The good thing is swift customer service with email replaying.
