That is a complete scam

That is a complete scam. Pay on the 26 December 142 €. Never sent and now the website is no more available. so I loose my money they are crocks.
They send me some emails replyed by IA. but now eventhat disapeared. No more on line.

DARN IT!

DARN IT!! 🔥 WISHED I looked up these reviews before I placed my order!! Ordered 12/16/2024 still haven’t received my order. Gonna reach out to my bank on this! The LORD IS NOT PLEASED WITH SCAMMERS, & THIEVES! YOU WONT GET AWAY WITH IT!

Buyer BEWARE

Buyer BEWARE, I would give zero stars if I had that option! I never received my order that has supposedly been in transit since December 17. The tracking information does not give a specific delivery company and has not been updated. I sent email to company and received the same response other customers have posted in their comments. DO NOT BUY FROM MARBELLA, ITS A SCAM!

I ordered two Matilda purses

I ordered two Matilda purses. The order took 4 weeks to arrive. The totes look nothing like the picture, it is so cheaply made and there is a strong chemical smell. It's almost like they stole pictures of the purse from another company and tried to make fake versions of that purse. Scam.

This company is below a 1 star. I ordered a purse and never received it. Very suspiciously, the tracking was updated to say delivered. When I finally got a person to respond to my email, they told me it was my issue and to follow up with the shipping company. They would not give me the name of the shipper. I checked all the U.S.-based shippers, and surprise - no one had a package with that tracking number. Stay away from this company. I am still trying to reach them and have now been ghosted.

Incompetent / Unsustainable / Cheap Company

This never happened to me before but I seen an AD on IG and didn't think I'd be scammed. Purchased a Jacket in November and still have not received it. When I noticed that it was taking much longer than I thought, I checked tracking and it seemed to have not developed from the day I purchased. Eventually, I reached out to customer service and they do get back to me the next day showing they care but all they say is they have no control after they have sent the package off. They do not offer any other option as I am sure they don't really care or want to. Now I check reviews and customers say they were scammed and if they did get something it was cheap. Silly of me to even have purchased from a company like this. Funny part is once I get response I check the tracker again and all of a sudden it has updates but it doesn't make sense at all. The package is in my city then all of a sudden in another city? They appreciate my patience so much but what else can I do? They swear it will be delivered Lmao... Save yourself the embarrassment and money.

No returns and no customer service. Bag was nothing like pictured on website and had such a bad odor. The bag wasn't worth $5. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

BY FAR ONE OF THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WEBSITE IVE EVER PURCHASED FROM. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.
I’ve ordered 2 suede bags, with their promotion of buy one get one free, on October 30th. I’ve received a tracking number from usps but now it’s disappeared, I’ve been keeping track on their website and nothing. I’ve emailed more than 5 times, on multiple occasions to receive an answer of any kind, and absolutely nothing! They were so quick to take my money but not have an ounce of courtesy to send me any type of information. At this point I just want a refund! I hope they reply to this and sincerely refund me my money. They claim false advertisement on Instagram post!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! The bag that I received is not AT ALL the bag that was marketed on their website and Instagram. The color is completely different - I ordered the Matilda Suede bag in the brown and the purse that I received is a orangish/red bag. I kindly reached out to them explaining the issue and attached a picture of the bag that I received and asked since this falls under "material imperfection" of their 30 day warranty if I could ship it back and get refunded. I've been in communication with them for weeks now trying to get a refund and they are not helping at all. They just keep saying there's nothing they can do and they can't refund me if I ship the purse back. Horrible customer service and false advertising. DO NOT BUY!!!

Never received my order …

11/4/24 Update:
Marbella still hasn’t reached out to me, nor have they responded to the last email I sent (after reading the below “apology”). They apologized for not providing the level of service that “I” expected, but they fail to uphold any standard of customer service that reflects their company’s values. They were able to respond to this post within HOURS but fail to reach out to me directly to resolve this matter. I’m sure they’ll once again respond to this post within hours to clear up any misconceptions. I am simply asking for a refund and an email that states when I can expect to receive it. Order #11924.

I’ve contacted Marbella 4 times regarding my order and only received a response once (from my initial communication). The tracking link provided does not update and gives the same message since Oct. 16. I called the facility where the package is supposed to be and they do not have it. It is obvious that they do not provide, nor value providing, satisfactory customer service as they refuse to respond to their customers. I requested a full refund of my purchase as I know I will not receive my items and I am beyond disappointed with the level of service Marbella provides. I have yet to hear back.

SCAM!

SCAM!! I never received the items I purchased. Just the item I got “free with purchase.” I contacted customer service for tracking on the other items and was told they couldn’t provide it but that I would “receive the items soon.” Now the website says they’re having a closing store sale. Absolute scam - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

Horrible horrible customer service

Horrible horrible customer service.
I placed an order on October 11 and immediately emailed customer service to cancel the order because I mistakenly thought I was ordering a vegan product and was not.

I was well within the 24 hour cancellation policy as stated on website. MY ORDER WAS NOT CANCELLED OR REFUNDED.

I then emailed again the next day, still within the required 24 hour cancellation period per company policy. I received an auto reply but my order wasn’t cancelled.

Over the next several days, I emailed customer service multiple times and when a live person finally responded, I was told my order couldn’t be cancelled b/c it had already shipped.

The order never should have been shipped in the first place because I cancelled in the appropriate time frame and have my original email as proof!!!!

Since then, I have again reached out to customer service a few more times. No response.

Now, on October 29, I have neither a refund nor the bag I ordered. I’m furious because this item s such bad service and taking an inordinate amount of my time to try to rectify. Will someone please help me????

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! I have been waiting for almost a month for an order that has supposably been “on its way” this entire time. It has not moved from Illinois for almost a month. They will not provide me with any shipping information and they will not answer any of my emails. I should have done my research before trusting yet another Instagram ad. These people purposely turn their social media comments off!! Who knows what kind of sick scam these people pull. Stay away from these scammers.

Purchased a handbag and NEVER RECEIVED…

Purchased a handbag and NEVER RECEIVED IT!! The worst part is that it said my package was delivered, then I look at the tracking label and it is hundreds of miles away in NJ?? Then just disappeared. Be aware if you are buying from here!! I also reached out to “customer service” for a refund and have yet to hear back. This was the only site I could find where my review will not be deleted. I hope this helps others not get scammed like I did.
