I am extremely sorry to have to inform you that in fulfillment of my duties, assigned to me by the district court of Berlin-Charlottenburg, I had to report the so-called lack of assets (§ 208 ff. InsO).
In other words, this means insolvency within the bankruptcy. The assets of the insolvency estate that I manage are therefore insufficient to, among other things, entrust anyone and pay for the work and services that are necessary to process the returns. On the contrary, the last employees of the debtor and our affiliated logistics company also had to be discharged.
A fortiori, the funds available to me are not sufficient to make any reimbursements that may have resulted from the returns.
Consequently and in order to avoid additional costs, I can only propose you to retain any goods intended for return and perhaps to give it for a charitable purpose.
The collection points at the debtor are and will remain closed in any case and a return to the sender, so you, by the respective postal service provider cannot anymore be assured.
I regret I can not give you any better information.
Please, take into account that we are under a German court procedure and that the original German version of this letter (see below) is the only legally binding version.
