Some of the plants had lost alot of soil from containers and one of the plants was almost out of the pot. Therefore I suggest packing the plants upright and not on their side to stop this happening. Third Time Unlucky
My first two orders, were late, but I was happy with the plants. My third order is also late - it hasn't yet arrived. This review reflects utter frustration at having paid for 1st Class Royal Mail, with next day delivery, yet, my latest order has been sent via Evri. Four days after dispatch, they are still not out for delivery and since today is Saturday, I'm not expecting them before Monday, by which time the plants will have spent at least six days in transit. I know, from experience, that Leafy House dispatches dry plants, so I am expecting them to be dead.
Customer Service is unresponsive, so I'm glad I purchased via Leafy House' Ebay site, as I can at least rely on Ebay's money back guarantee, without having to bother my credit card company.
Update: Plants finally arrived in terrible condition. Seller agreed to return. I went to all the bother of returning via post office, using seller's label, only to have the plants returned to me several days later "unknown at this address". Time wasters!

My partner and I have been to Leafy House 3 or 4 times now, every time we’re greeted really pleasantly. No question is too silly to ask about the plants and the owner has a huge breadth of knowledge on everything but most importantly doesn’t try to push sales. Every time we’ve been, I can explain what we’re looking for and that’s exactly what we get, with few helpful and relevant suggestions on what to choose.
The variety of plants and various accessories is great, we’ve been able to find something new and exciting every time with really good pricing. We’ve just purchased 2 more plants today, taking us to a total of 7 from Leafy House.
Of course plants don’t magically take care of themselves however all plants are great quality, no dead leaves etc and have thrived in our home.

Good value and quality plants, though one had much more sparse foliage than I was expecting.

I bought a plant from Leafy House which arrived with a number of issues - the plant was smaller than advertised in both foliage and pot size, came with fungus gnats that flew out of the box upon opening, and was poorly packaged meaning the plant had become fully dislodged from its nursery pot in transit.
Given the presence of a large number of fungus gnats and the size of my plant collection I could not place the plant in my home. I contacted Leafy House for a refund and have still not received one, nor have they replied to my last two emails.
I’ve had far better experiences with purchasing plants online elsewhere and wouldn’t use Leafy House again.

Terrible Customer Experience
I do not tend to write negative reviews, especially for small businesses. But the quality of the plant received and the most dire and non-existent customer service has prompted me to do so.
First, I waited over two weeks for my order, with no communication or updates. When I chased, I was told "we've been busy". Really?
I was them informed that the plant I ordered was not good and would be sent one from new stock arriving a few days later. Well, almost three weeks later, I receive a plant just before christmas that was nothing like it was described on the product page, or promised.
I contacted customer service thinking ok, mistakes happen. No reply. Chase after chase, I am eventually told she'll send me a replacement. I go back agreeing to this. Nothing - no plant received.
I chased again, nothing. Again I chase - round 4 or 5, I've lost track, asking for a refund. Nothing. She has not bothered to reply to any of my emails, not refunded me, not sent a replacement. My last chase was a week ago. She is ignoring me.
In the grand scheme of things, it's just a plant. But I work hard for what I spend, and if I engage in a transaction with you, make the bloody effort to be honest and communicate. It's not hard.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid this shop online.

Just don’t buy on the website
Just don’t buy on the website. So much went wrong, the order didn’t arrive until 2 weeks later as the order had been left in the warehouse for 6 days before realising it hadn’t been posted. When it arrived the plants had been wrapped in brown paper and the staples had gone through the leaves and some of the plants were worth £20-£30 each. They were severely dehydrated as well and in poor condition. Highlighted this as stated by their policy. Said they would send replacements out. Only received 2 out of the 5 which were the cheapest of the plants. I received an email to say that here was a delay in stock. A week later and another email to say that the weather was bad and would post the next week. A month later and still no replacements and she is ignoring my emails.

The plant did not arrive on the day first stated by the courier , but was then upgraded to the following day. very pleased with the plant ,large. stong & healthy( a nice specimen) the only concern i had , it was a litlle loose in its pot (wobbly) and in need of extra support. thank you for a nice plant and fast service
Full of pests
Two of the three plants I purchased were infested with pests (one with thrips, one with mealybug). Strongly recommend that they adopt a phytosanitary procedure.

Order was shipped fast and when the plant arrived, I was really excited to open it up and though bubble wrap was used, the plant wasn't taped down and therefore it must've moved in shipping and my euphorbia came snapped and floppy. Overall would have been a good experience had my plant come in tact.

Terrible service avoid
Ordered a Madagascar jasmine which arrived in terrible condition and snapped in several places. Contacted leafy house shop who promised to send a replacement then ignored all other emails when replacement didn’t arrive. Had to start a claim through eBay and again nothing until one minute past midnight on the morning eBay would step in when they agreed to a refund once the dead plant was sent back to them. Petty and pathetic customer service and there are other cheaper options available that I’ve now found. I won’t be using them again. Better service and cheaper plants elsewhere. At least I was protected through eBay. Hate to think where I’d be had I have shopped directly with them

The plants I received were so much smaller and less full than the photos. The photos are just not representative of what you actually receive. Also they have thrips. So no, not somewhere I'd ever buy from again or recommend to anyone. I wish I hadn't bought them to be honest.

The discount code provided wasn't working properly, but their customer service sorted this out and were a pleasure to deal with, really nice and friendly.
The order was despatched within 4 days, which was great.
Packaging could be improved - there was some empty space in the box so the plants had been jiggled about abit in transit.
Condition of the plants varied from excellent to just ok and there were fungus gnats - always quarantine new plants people!
