worse customer service, returns policy and quality fo clothes

i ordered 2 dresses from them and the quality was terrible. I asked to return them and the process was complicated and expesnive, i had to pay for tracked shipping all the way to china and fill in forms. I had a confirmation number to track my parcel but because they needed a different number they said they can not refund me any of the money so i wasted 100 euros on nothing. I do not recommend this company or products to anyone, do not buy from them
