James Anderson are deceptive, unprofessional and unethical. If I could give them zero stars I would.

If you wonder why estate agents have a bad name then look no further than this company. James Anderson will do anything to take the fee; including breaking contracts, deception and last minute hidden deals. This is all on top of them forgetting/not caring that their actions directly effect people’s lives. This company need to take a long hard look at the way that they operate because karma will catch up on them. Avoid not only because of the terrible service but because they are morally corrupt.

The guys at James Andrson in Sheen were great and handled all my viewings and subsequent sale really efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Really poor estate agents who don't take the time to listen to your requirements and then waste your time trying to show you properties which are unsuitable. There's no shortage of estate agents in South West London so avoid these guys if you can.

These guys tend to enter a tenants home without their knowledge. This could be at any given time, even when your asleep in bed. When then confronted they give you attitude and act as if trespassing is perfectly normal. After they did this to us several times we saw no other solution than to move house.
Shame really, because other than that they’re actually quite good.

See their response below. I have not received any emails from them. The fact that they are incapable of making contact and take on the approach that the customer has to do the leg work is testament to their way of working.
