I've been with Greentel for many years

I've been with Greentel for many years, and my experience has always been great. From day one, when I realized I can't wait for my SIM card to be delivered, I called them and picked it up at their HQ day after. They offer very wide range of packages that are reasonably priced and can be changed anytime you need in the app. They also upgraded packages from time to time without raising the price. Most importantly, they work in EU, including Slovakia (Lebara did not work there at the time, that's why I switched to Greentel), and their packages have plenty of EU data. (While not as much as in Denmark, it's still very reasonable).
Their customer support is nice as well, they recently helped me with my 5G connection issue I had with my new phone, even though the issue was on my side, not theirs.

Very unorganised company

I tried this company out for a few months. I was surprised at how they are little organised and i changed company again due to overcharges misleading communications and unhelpful staff.

In the first month alone i was overcharged 600dkk without any communication about it. They dont have an app where to check your use of data or phone called, nor send out any warnings by SMS. This is just few of the many flaws i found would definitely not advise

Handling the complain in professional way - suggestion for improvement

I have received a couple of invoices from this company recently.
After contacting their customer support team, they acted very professionally and canceled the invoices.

I highly appriciate their customer support team, but I hope they can find the source that utilized my company information to register my information to this company.
I believe there should be some sort of restriction or control on the way that one can register/assign a number to a company without the owner allowance.

Very nice and very patient service…

Very nice and very patient service crew. Thanks for the help with the APN's. Various options and possibilities were tried out untill it worked!

low signal if you are outside of Copenhagen

I'm at the herlev hospital and I have only 1 bar out of 4 on my iPhone.
this is not good at all.

You can fx turn on the Wi-Fi and VoLTE calling function on your phone. It can give you a better signal when you are in a low signal area.

Amazing support

What we have experienced thru their customer support is without any doubt the best from any telco provider I have ever met. Even better than B2B with 24/7 support contracts (and I have dealt with quite a few operators in several countries).
Unexpectedly quick handling of issues, at their expense (even that the fault laid on a supplier of them). Friendly, helpful and kind staff, who obviously care and do what needs to be done, and follows up to inform and confirm that issues have been resolved.

Keep up the good work guys.
(If there is any way for me to give you a kudos your managers would see, please tell, and I'd happily do so).
