This company is a scam, please do not use, initially everything looks fine because they arrange an online meeting with child, and the “teacher” assessing the child’s level of ability to speak the language appears professional. At the end of the assessment she said there is nobody available at the times I needed and so they asked me to wait. A week later someone rang to convince me to pay upfront because once paid, they will definitely find a teacher for the times required as high priority. They send a link to be paid in USD or Ukrainian hryvnas. Initially I didn’t pay, but then the calls came back persistently and more convincing that as soon as the payment is made I will immediately have a teacher. Finally I paid, this was a week ago, but the automated WhatsApp messages keep repeating that I should book a class myself, however even the link is not working. I requested my money back but there is no reply.
