Wouldn’t recommend this social casino to anyone currently.

Games loaded and worked fine the first time I played now ever since they load the 50% and just stay stuck there. There is no help no 24/7 support the AI support is trash. I have money sitting there I can’t use and no way to get help fixing it.

Still waiting for a response. You comented on my last message said to conact by email and i would have a response within 48 hour. It was a lie! Still nothing and it has been 7 days! If not going to release my wins then cancel it and let me play it down or try a smaller amount to redeem. Im over this!!

Hello, so far its been a great game to play! I've had great experience with them. At first was a little skeptical because I didn't know how to get ahold of anyone but once I figured that part out everything went smoothly customer care service took very good care of my issues and fixed them properly.

The games are great as well as the payout. The only issue I have is that sometimes the games freeze or stop loading then you have to get out and get back in to fix the freezing or the pauses in loading

So far I no problems with payouts, they payout instantly, games are good. Whats questionable is games glitch every so often right when you hit a big bonus or free play and all of a sudden it would freeze up that so far is the only negative issue I have experienced.
