I’ve ordered a shoe and it came +3 size…

I’ve ordered a shoe and it came +3 size bigger than should be (45 EU instead 42 EU). I wrote a message to support to replace wrong sized item. They answered me that I should send them shoe back by my own, and after receiving it in Germany they will compensate me 90 EUR of the price. Problem is… Delivery cost was 49 EUR, VAT at customs was 25EUR, return cost is 49 EUR. So, to return my 90 EUR I should spend 123 EUR. Strange service as for me…

Disappointed with delivery and support

My order (tracking CE503835918DE) has been stuck in Portugal for over 3 months due to delivery issues. Despite my attempts to get help, Tennis Point only provided tracking links and did not take responsibility to file a complaint or assist in resolving the problem with the postal service.
I was told by the local postal operator that only Tennis Point can initiate a complaint, but the company has not taken any action. I hope Tennis Point improves its customer support and delivery management in the future.

DO NOT BUY from this company

DO NOT BUY from this company. I have two orders that I need to return items from. The website will not generate a returns label. The company are not contactable by phone or email. I returned the items at my own cost to the warehouse where the package was refused.
This is a complete con

They are scammers

They are scammers.
I received used tennis shoes, with clay all over them.
When I told them that and returned them, they rejected my return, with the reason being that the item is used!
Yes, of course it is, but i received it used!
Never buy from them again.

Bunch of idiots

Bunch of idiots. They don't answer on time always.

My item card was messed up. I placed the order and then saw it. I immediately wrote them about it and request order cancellation. They didn't answer me until I sent them one more message. At this time they already sent something. I even don't know what kind of item they sent, it can be one or another, I don't want to participate in this lottery.

Ruined with my order and refused to do anything. They only sent the message about return process. They did a mistake and why I have to waste my time to wait it and money to return it.

Service is disaster

Tennis Point is a completely untrustworthy shopping web

Two month before,I purchased two tennis rackets worth 1,400 euros from Tennis Point and shipped them to the United States. But after the two packages arrived in the United States, they showed as delivered but were not actually delivered.
I have contacted the local post office USPS many times and also mailed to Tennis Point, but they have only replied that they are investigating without any results.
Last month, I repeatedly applied for a search on USPS in the United States and finally retrieved one of the packages. The other package (worth 871 euros) has not been found yet, and the USPS also acknowledges that the package cannot be retrieved.
However, as it is an overseas express delivery, according to USPS regulations, only the overseas sender (Tennis Point) can initiate a loss claim.
I have reported this situation to Tennis Point and hope that they can request compensation and a refund from the USPS. However, Tennis Point still replied to the investigation department, and it is expected to take 4 weeks to provide the results.
However, until now, not only have I not received the processing results from Tennis Point, they don't even reply to my inquiry emails anymore.
I think they are quite irresponsible. In the month of searching for the package, I submitted various proofs of not receiving the package and signed the lost item declaration sent by Tennis Point, but it's just a formality, in the end they won't handle any problems at all.
I will never shop on Tennis Point again, and I will also publicly complain about them through various channels in the future.

I made an order more than 2 months ago and nothing

I made an order more than 2 months ago, they promised to deliver it within 2-3 weeks. As of today, they do not provide any feedback about the availability of the parcel and when it will be delivered. The support works poorly, the service they chose DHL does not provide adequate information about the location of the parcel. I never recommend anyone to order from this site

Tennis point europe

Tennis point europe. Truly appalling service. Order never arrived. Could not get a coherent explanation from them. Refund received minus £4. Update - this is a return charge for an order I never received. Customer service impossible to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

Worst shopping experience ever

I am compelled to share my recent horrendous experience with Tennis-Point, which has left me utterly dissatisfied and frustrated. The abysmal customer service I encountered on their website is nothing short of a nightmare.

After placing an order for a tennis racket along with some additional accessories, I was shocked to receive an email the very next day stating that the racket was mysteriously unavailable. Despite my immediate request to cancel the entire order, including the accessories, Tennis-Point proceeded to dispatch the remaining items without my consent. To add insult to injury, I was slapped with an exorbitant 80 euro shipping charge being in Asia just to get some overgrips and socks.

The sheer incompetence and lack of regard for customer satisfaction displayed by Tennis-Point are appalling. Their negligent actions and disregard for my cancellation request have left me deeply dissatisfied. The fact that my attempts to communicate with their "Customer Care and Happiness Team" were met with silence is a testament to their lack of professionalism and decency.

In conclusion, my experience with Tennis-Point has been nothing short of a disaster. I advise potential customers to beware of their poor customer service and lack of respect for consumer rights.

They refuse to refund

This site is awful. I thought it was the leading merchant for tennis items but by god i will not use it again in my life.

I ordered a month ago some items worth around 500 euros and payed on the spot. It arrived 7 days later in my country and it sat another 4 days because the courier from my country had no details on the order other than my name. When it was finally fixed i left the country and i told the curier that i rejected it because i wasnt home and i wanted my money back and was going to buy the things that i want from a local store when i return. They kept dismissing me and a week ago i raised an issue that i still have not refunded considering that dhl confirmed that the order has been sent back to them and tennis point said no it didnt. They said they are looking into it and still no response. Today i woke up and the curier was at my door with the package after a month when i no longer need anything. They refuse to give my money back.

Needles to say i will take this up with the consumer protection authority in my country because under eu law i was supposed to be refunded. This should be fun.

Avoid using this site but if you do DO NOT PAY ON THE SPOT.

Falsely promised free return of the goods

In their global website's help center they state clearly:

"1. please fill out the return form. (number of return)

2. stick the return label on the package. Simply paste over the old label or make it unrecognizable.

3. depending on the service provider, simply hand in your return free of charge at one of the numerous branches."

This information was and is available after choosing your own country.

But when unfortunately my shoes were way too big for me (their size advisor wasn't useful at all by the way), and I asked how the free return works they bluntly said:

"We are not offering a return label for your country.

Please return the item on your own costs to following address"

The return will cost me almost $30. I ordered new shoes from the manufacturer and you should too.
