5 months ago, I ordered a perfume which was later canceled. Despite this, I have not received any response concerning my refund request. This experience has led me to believe that this company is running a scam. Therefore, I strongly advise against making any purchases from them.

Ordered perfume the beginning of June and it has still not arrived. Had numerous replies back from their customer service team, first to say order delayed, then that a refund has been issued. NEITHER HAVE MATERIALISED! Unless I get a satisfactory result soon I would have to advise not to order from this company!

Totally scammed took my money then never posted. When you go on to track etc says company unavailable

I have been emailing them but there has been no response at all. I have been waiting for a call cue forever and no one is answering. I will never purchase from this store anymore. This is a SCAM

Order LINC81395. Ordered and paid in full on 28th June to Sp Lookinc with an est arrival 4-9th July.
Sent email requesting info on the 9th. Get a response:

Post office update awaiting item on 11th July.
Dialled 0330 number......so far no response. reading many "Scam" reports. Worried!

I ordered a bottle of perfume over a month ago. The expected delivery date has been and gone. Contacted customer service and received one reply saying they would get back in 3 days and provided a phone number which is disconnected. Multiple emails sent since have had no reply. Even another computer generated one.
They've kept over £28 of money and sent nothing in return

Please guys, how do I get my money back from this scam of a company. FG16508. I ordered a perfume on the 14/06/24, they cancelled on 29/06/24 and they haven't refunded me. The phone number, you wait forever. They are not responding to emails. Refund my £79.33 . Beware of this company, they are scam. I am still chasing them to refund me. This guys are thieves. Do not shop on feel gorgeous. You will loose your money.

PS. I got my money back in my account today. He refunded on the 10th of July after threatening him I will take a legal action against him and report him to trading standard. Beware guys, this is a scam company.

After making me order I realised that I wouldn't receive my items by the time I was going away.
I contacted FeelGorgeous and they expedited my order, promising I would receive the items before I went away.
The day before I was due to go my order arrived (As Promised)

Shocking, terrible customer service, no reply to 2 emails 2 calls of one 20 minutes, second 28 minutes, haven't received parcel, says delivered to neighbour, doesn't say which one, have asked neighbour they haven't got it. I will never use this company again and would advise others to avoid them

This company trades under the same address and phone number as their other (now dissolved) company Look Incredible. Look Incredible scammed my 80-year-old mum - you can look on the trustpilot site for that name to read about her experience. I think it's enough to say that they've stressed out and made an old woman cry, who's on a tight budget, and just looking for a cheaper way to buy presents for friends and family. She cannot get her money back, and £44 might not sound a lot, but it is to her. Do not buy off these people. They have no shame!

I ordered 2 perfumes, took a while to arrive but eventually received 1 of the perfumes. I contacted them via email about the missing perfume and they acknowledged they missed it and will be sent out for delivery. I waited 2 weeks and hadn’t received anything. For the last 6 weeks I’ve emailed them regularly for an update and they’re completely ignoring me. The phone line doesn’t work. I’ve tried giving them the benefit of doubt but I now accept I have been scammed. I personally wouldn’t buy again from these type of websites. They can’t be trusted. The owner of the company has continuously set up and dissolved companies in the past, having conned people. Also on a side note, I can’t fully verify if the perfume itself wasn’t a fake.

BEWARE! This is a fake company I’m still awaiting a refund for goods not delivered and have had to go through my bank for chargeback! Company is a SCAM !
