Item was well made and looks great

Product was just as ordered, quick delivery, well packaged, would absolutely use again.

Firstly how carefully and beautifully the product had been packaged! Was not expecting that much care to detail at all lovely surprise! Also the products arrived in a lovely matching tin box. I have ordered Morrocan oil shampoo conditioner sets from other company’s before and NEVER received them so thoughtfully put together. Truly felt like I was opening a present. Amazing company amazing products and will definitely be using yous again and recommending yourselfs to other people to use. Thank you

I ordered a new fenty beauty lipstick ( my favourite colour) it arrived quickly, I have no complaints. Probably will order again

I ordered a Hugo Boss gift set for my partner and it never came. I emailed them for them to keep saying ‘lost in transit’ they then sent another one out apparently and it also got lost in transit. They said they are going to issue me with a refund but going by the reviews I won’t be receiving it. Stay clear.

Bought a Mac product for my wife for Christmas. Arrived very quickly , overall very satisfied.

Ordered some Lacoste perfume, and was delivered within a week, took a while to dispatch but I’m very happy with the product and it was a great price!

Was sent a 40ml JPG in a box when I queried why not in a tin they advised only 75ml and up come in a tin . I contacted JPG and they advised the product I was sold in a box was counterfeit , they have no affiliation with this company also trading as look incredible . Report to Trading Standards . !

Stay away from this company, I paid for perfume, emailed lots of times about my product, they said lost in transit, then told me ill get refund 3 mo tha down the line I'm still waiting, now they have said I received it which I have not

Avoid this company, they are are part of Look Incredible who are an insolvent company.
Look Incredible were dissolved 24/01/2024, and Feel Gorgeous incorporated a few months before this.
Their director Ilyas Suleman Makda should be ashamed of them self for allowing the company to trade knowing their other identical company is insolvent.

This is a review for Look Fantastic exactly as the other reviews I ordered two expensive Armaf fragrances 23rd of September it turns out they were conveniently out of stock after holding on to £68 for a week they decided to tell me. They said the order had been sent but they couldn’t track it absolute lie as the tracking number they emailed wasn’t valid. Again after email no refund 4 days later I contacted them they have now said wait another 10 days. I was lucky paid on my credit card so will be pursuing them through my card and reporting them for breaching consumer rights. I shouldn’t have to wait another 10 days you took the money from me over 2 weeks ago and sent no items, very few reviews that state they actually got the products ordered absolute disgrace taking peoples hard earned cash for nothing! Basically stealing

Feel gorgeous are also look incredible. Do not order from either of these companies. Ordered fragrance 3rd August, didn't arrive within timescales, they said they'd send a replacement, this also didn't arrive. I asked them to refund me, they said they would, still waiting and just keep being fobbed off. I am not giving up, this is theft and looking at reviews for both companies it is a very regular occurrence

Don't buy from this company if it starts trading again. I ordered 16th July and still have no perfume or refund.
After my bank statement said the company name Look Fantatic, I have sent alot of emails, gettind standard replies... we will repost with tracking....we will refund you in 10 working days....but it looks like I have lost my money. I'm so disappointed I fell for it as it was at the top of Google search. Sadly I will be sticking to brand name shops in the future. Also a word of warning to anyone already bought off the company...I had fraud activity on the card I used within a week or original purchase.
It may be coincidence but be vigilant!

They are now trading as look fantastic (and possibly another company listed above) so PLEASE don't buy from these people, but from BOOTS or a well known shop!!

Ordered perfume for a present. Delivery time was given as well beforehand. However the perfume did not arrive until 2 weeks too late after asking for updates and refund. There was no communication and no explanation. This may not be a scam site but it cannot be relied upon.

Bought a perfume on the 31th of July on OnBuy.com and they notified that the reseller was FeelGorgeous. The next day I got an email that my delievery was on its way and that was the last of it. I can't believe I got scammed like that. Does anyone know how I can report OnBuy.com and FeelGorgeous.

Ordered perfume on 17th July ( order number FG16771) and shipping date in confirmation email stated it would arrive between 25th - 29th July. When it didn’t appear I emailed customer services at Feel Gorgeous and automated response to say they would get back within 3 working days. Still nothing so tried to call the telephone number and it appears to be disconnected. After reading other reviews feel this is a scam and advise others not to buy from this site.

I HAVE JUST CONFIRMED WITH COMPANIES HOUSE AND HMRC THAT THE LIMITED COMPANY WAS DISSOLVED IN JANUARY 2024. THEY NOW TRADE AS JUST LOOK INCREDIBLE AND ARE NO LONGER LIMITED-THEY ALSO GO UNDER THE NAME OF FEEL GORGEOUS WHO ARE ALSO SCAMMERS! I HAVE REPORTED TO CITIZENS ADVICE/TRADING STANDARDS WHO ARE TAKING THIS FURTHER TO TRY TO STOP THESE DISGUSTING PEOPLE FROM ROBBING INNOCENT CUSTOMERS.
PLEASE LEAVE BAD REVIEWS TO STOP FURTHER MONIES GOING TO THESE CON ARTISTS!

Wish I've read the reviews prior the purchase. As many others said it here- the perfume I bought through their website never arrived. The companies website states the owner is Ilyas Suleman Makda, who also runs Trendy Trading Beauty ltd. 100% scamm. I shall be reporting them. Please stay away from them.
