The Consultant was ok and fairly knowledgeable. However, if your blood tests pass the test, their pricing is almost 9 times more expensive then other quotes for the exact same thing. They will not give you a prescription unless you buy their astronomically expensive complete program. I went out and got 4 other quotes while Elite was making me jump through hoops to get prescribed, only to find out they are the highest in the land that I researched. And they will not give you a script unless you buy everything from them, and that’s after you wasted your time and $300 on getting started. Consultant tried to play the guilt card and tell me none of the other companies could be legit. Only to find out that is not true. Go face to face with other Docs and you will see this company plays on the “only what we produce is authentic card”. Which is plain and simply not true. Again, go face to face with Docs. So if you want to pay really high expensive prices up to almost 9 times the cost, Elite is your Huckleberry! I would 100% not recommend this company to anybody with fiscal common sense.

I have never been to a medical facility that has been more caring and compassionate than Elite HRT has been. From the doctor down to all of the staff, they took extra Special care of me considering my personal issues. Iwish they provided all the medical specialties and treatments that I need and I would have one stop shopping for sure because there is no place better to go to than Elite HRT.

Elite HRT and their staff have always been efficient, helpful and very sociable. Their services have gone above and beyond others, in that the times when I’ve discussed other issues not related to my current visit, they’ve offered assistance for similar services I was currently getting elsewhere. I highly recommend Elite HRT for anyone needing competent healthcare in a friendly, social setting.

Very legit, great customer service (Robert Saring is awesome), and good selection of products. I couldn’t believe when, after being approved, my meds arrived the NEXT DAY. Highly recommended.

Great, reliable and incredibly informative. Elite HRT has really helped me out and have always been quick to respond whenever I need anything. Their knowledge and assistance over the years has been very much appreciated. I’ve finally started to really understand what was going on with my body and get myself feeling 100% with their expert advice. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a great endocrinologist and specialist in this department.

Be careful. I suggest you engage a Doctor before heading down this path. I made a mistake and it cost me, my mistake, just sharing so maybe you don't make the same mistake. Elite HRT did not look out for my concerns and when questioned got very nasty. Find someone else.

I had been going to Hormone Doctors aka Elite for testosterone therapy for 18 months. Customer service was shotty but easily overlooked. A few months ago, they changed their testosterone vendor to some bargain-basement supplier with second-rate, cheaper supplies. This was an obvious a profitable move the costs for hormone therapy did not decrease; at the expense of the quality. The alcohol pads went from paper towels to toilet paper, faded print on drawing needles, moreover, the lids were so cheaply made they will not stay attached to the tubes of testosterone. Sadly, when pointing the changes of quality to our representative, CR explains the problem is with us and that “he stood behind his company’s decision to change vendors”. I would suggest seeking another company and paying a few dollars more to avoid the tawdry medication, cheap supplies, and grandiose customer service.
