I went to redeem and they stated I violated their terms and conditions and banned my account. I won fair and square off a slot on their site, I didn’t violate anything. SCAM WEBSITE AVOID

I have several charges on my checking acct,that I did not authorize. I don't know how they got my info but I have to cancel my card wait 10 days to get another one. Then switch all auto pays to the new card. Very pissed!

Contacted support that their first purchase coupon would not apply prior to making the purchase and asked if it applied automatically. No response for about 24 hours on the chat and there reply was "we are aware and will be fixing it shortly". A few weeks pass and I revisit the site, and nope. Still broken. In the terms and conditions it also states you must reach a TWENTY X rollover to cashout. A $20 purchase with that coupon would mean having to spin $800 worth of credit to cash out, if they actually are even legitimate in that sense. If the very first experience with the site followed double checking back weeks later still has the same issue this is not a trustworthy site and I don't plan on ever putting money into it.

I tried making an account here and had issues, support says be patient but it’s been over a week. They are relentlessly sending me emails about deals and I cant even login, there is no unsubscribe button from their mailing list.
This casino has been nothing but a nuisance and support does not do anything

It has been hell trying to get them to give me my money I redeemed and they refuse to give it to me! I’ve won redeemed over 1,000 dollars and they refuse to pay me and they disable my gameplay they refuse to respond to my emails. I will be filing fraud charges on this company

Scam website I won 200 tried to cash out and support told me it was a technical error nothing can be done at the moment, I emailed their payment support team 3 days no response, I then played the 200 on roulette because im not expecting to get it anymore, put 200 on black it cancels my chips 2 times when it landed on black, then took my money the one time it lands on red, scam website stay away!

Don't put your money in I finally won and I did the rollover still one and when I hit redemption it says no payment options so it's not letting me cash out they say there's technical problems but this is getting to be ridiculous If they ever do cash me out

New social casino hit enough to cash out and 6 days went by and they still couldn't cash me out said technical problem. What type of casino takes money but can't redeem your winnings. Stay clear of this one!!!

Company took 3 transactions of 9.95 from my bank account. No idea who they are. They have refused to refund. Steee clear of this site
