I purchased iPhone 14 128 GB Starlight color on 06/10/2023. Before purchasing I asked if I could get a tax free. They told me it was a tax free and it was 22%. I went to the cash register to buy the product. They said that there was a tax refund of nearly 100 euros from a product worth 700 euros, and they specifically said that 100 euros would be refunded to my card within 20 days. I went and bought the product. We took the necessary actions. They took photos of my passport, ID and everything. However, a month after purchasing the product, I was not given any refund under the name of tax refund. There was no response whatsoever and my money was not refunded to me. When I went to your store and asked your employees, they said it would be given, but they did not know when it would be given. They said they would send an e-mail, but I did not receive any news. They took my number to call me back but did not call me back. More than a month and a half has passed and there is still no improvement. 100€ was never refunded to me. I have to inform you that I will file a lawsuit against you if my money is not returned. I haven't been able to get my money back for over a month and a half. I am not an Italian citizen and I do not have to pay this tax.

Ho acquistato iPhone 14 128 GB colore Starlight il 06/10/2023. Prima dell'acquisto ho chiesto se potevo avere un tax free. Mi hanno detto che era esentasse ed era del 22%. Sono andato alla cassa per acquistare il prodotto. Hanno detto che c'era un rimborso fiscale di quasi 100 euro per un prodotto del valore di 700 euro e hanno detto espressamente che 100 euro sarebbero stati rimborsati sulla mia carta entro 20 giorni. Sono andato e ho comprato il prodotto. Abbiamo intrapreso le azioni necessarie. Hanno scattato foto del mio passaporto, carta d'identità e tutto il resto. Tuttavia, un mese dopo aver acquistato il prodotto, non mi è stato concesso alcun rimborso sotto il nome di rimborso fiscale. Non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta e i miei soldi non mi sono stati rimborsati. Quando sono andato al tuo negozio e ho chiesto ai tuoi dipendenti, hanno detto che sarebbe stato dato, ma non sapevano quando sarebbe stato dato. Hanno detto che avrebbero mandato una mail, ma non ho ricevuto nessuna notizia. Hanno preso il mio numero per richiamarmi ma non mi hanno richiamato. E' passato più di un mese e mezzo e ancora nessun miglioramento. 100€ non mi sono mai stati rimborsati. Devo informarti che intenterò una causa contro di te se i miei soldi non mi verranno restituiti. È da più di un mese e mezzo che non riesco a riavere i miei soldi. Non sono cittadino italiano e non devo pagare questa tassa.
