My son bought a blender

My son bought a blender - Moulinex. The shop did not give a receipt. The blender did not work when my son tried to use it at home. My son is not Italian and a bit too inexperienced. It seems the blender could not be exchanged / returned for some reason. This is strange as it never worked and thus was never used. This seems like a scam. Sell a broken product to a foreign student.
In the meantime, my son went back to the shop. It was checked and he was told that the blender did not have a warranty. The blender could not be repaired, and the only option was to buy a new one. My son gave back (!!!) the blender without proof. The story is actually too funny and embarrassing - my son went to buy a blender - paid 40.19 EUR (a different price then indicated as there was promotion) - later went back and returned the blender. Result: 40 euro lost and not even a broken blender. People were friendly but this is a a strange experience.

Ho acquistato un Samsung Galaxy tab S9…

Ho acquistato un Samsung Galaxy tab S9 FE+ 256gb con la carta docente ma dopo tre giorni l'ordine era ancora da validare. Dopo averli contattati senza alcuna risposta tramite messaggio, non hanno un contatto telefonico, ho preferito annullare il buono perché se non riscontro serietà durante l'acquisto sicuramente non avrò un'esperienza positiva nel post vendita qualora ci fosse un problema.
