Visiting Tina & Carsten in Palægade is a pure thrill, every time 😁. When walking through the door at the clinique you are met with big smiles on their faces, openness and genuine customer care, all served with a great sense of humour and professionalism. I can strongly recommend Tina & Carstens clinique if you want an experience that stands out.

I visited this dental clinic for the second time, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing compared to my first visit.

The cleaning felt rushed and lasted only about 10 minutes. It was rough, leaving my gums irritated, swollen, and painful afterward.

During the appointment, X-rays were taken, but they were never shown to me. I mentioned having two previous root canals and wanted to see how they were doing. I was told that the X-rays were only of the teeth, not the roots. I believe that reviewing X-rays is an important part of understanding overall oral health.

My first visit had been gentle and thorough, so this recent appointment felt lacking in care and attention. I value professionalism and attentive service.

I recently came in for a long-overdue dental treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. During my visit, Dr. Omar discovered that one of my old fillings had developed bacteria underneath it. He thoroughly cleaned my tooth and, to my relief, was able to save it. He was professional, reassuring and kept me informed throughout the entire process. An outstanding dentist—thank you, Dr. Omar! I would highly recommend him

Professional and friendly, with dental work of a very high standard.
My wife had an accident and needed emergency dental treatment. With just 5 hours before we were scheduled to join a cruise we were expecting to have to abandon our holiday. Maggie on reception was incredibly helpful and managed to arrange an appointment within the hour, despite being fully booked.
Karina and Tabindah did some amazing dental work at very short notice, with the result that we were able to continue with our holiday with time to spare - something that had seemed impossible just hours before.
We are very grateful and I cannot praise the team highly enough.

Omar made my smile wider! I had a root canaled tooth and it was discoloured. I previously went to another clinic but they did not do a good job. When Omar assessed my teeth, he gave me options and the best course of action to take. He solved my discoloured teeth problem as well as provided an excellent service the whole time. I especially liked how transparent and honest he was with the options I can take as well as giving me the possibility of choosing what solution I want. He also cleaned my teeth properly and gave me advices on how to properly care for my teeth based on the current habits and situation.

I can now smile widely without being conscious of my teeth thanks to Omar. I highly recommmend. Very professional and the staff were super nice as well.

Treatment from Philipp Kollmann
I have been getting treatment from Philipp Kollman. I have had a very serious situation, my front teeth were damaged by paradontosys. Most of the dentists I have visited gave me very bad prognosis. I had to remove both front teeth and put artificial teeth which I could have to put back and forth. It would mean for me not to have front teeth at the age of 30. I did not like this idea as I would look like 60 y. old woman. I could not agree to it and I was looking forward to putting implants, BUT as I have periodontosys it would not be secure, nobody could give guarantee and I could waste 100,000 Danish kroner even more. There was no solution until I visited Philipp. He found a solution which would keep my own tooth and it was 5 times cheaper, maybe even more! In the end I got a beautiful front tooth which is mine. For me it is very important as before I could not talk and smile, because my teeth looked awful.
Personnel in the clinic were caring, helpful and good service oriented. I also went to Elizaveta who was caring and I felt safe with her.
In my mind really stayed receptopnist Maggie, she always remembered me, my name. I am Kazakh and it is not always easy to remember my name. I was surprised, she always knew who I am, she remembered which tea I drink... and many other my habits. I feel her dedication to her job.
I recommend to come to this clinic and visit Philipp, as he does not provide old robotic solutions, he proposes simple, effective, working and easy ones which suit best for the patient

I visited Philipp Kolmann.
He is a wonderful and super competent dentist. He found a way to fix my problem 3 times cheaper than any other dentist told me.
Before him, I visited 5 other specialists and he gave me the most optimal solution.
I highly recommend him as a dentist.

Rude & low class communication skills over the phone. Unprofessional already from from day 1. Tnx God my journal was not moved to them at all...:-)

They filled a cavity and did a terrible job. I have not been able to bite on it since. Had to go to another dentist, which told me the filling is too soft and needs to be fully replaced. This whole joke costed me almost 3000kr
