Site is a joke and needs a real…

Site is a joke and needs a real investigation. Banned my account for suspicious activity. Don't see how being all I did was sign up. Chat support will get you nowhere and emailing directly gets nothing back too. The US and the states within are fighting hard to get rid of these stupid "Sweep Casinos" don't fall for their scams. Inflation, Gov. Lockdowns, worry about saving over spending or just go to a real local casino where you can pay your taxes while you are there.

Pending Redemption!

Saw an ad for this site on Instagram, just signed up and bought the $24.99 welcome pack for 30 SC. Was down to my LAST SPIN and somehow hit a bonus and then ran it up on Blackjack to 100 SC. Made my first redemption this afternoon and will update this review to 5 stars once it is received! Thanks Coinz! ✨

Edit, not one minute after I clicked submit on this review the funds were in my bank account.

Focused solely on maximum Profit

I suffer from severe gambling addiction to the point I have no control over my play or spending. I have fought this for years with counseling, gamblers anonymous, medications and more to no avail. So about 5 years ago I signed a state casino ban to stop my gambling and it was working for awhile and then these so called sweepstake casinos started popping up online and advertising to me constantly on social media and via email. Coinz was one of these casinos that did this. I tried and tried to fight the urge but my disease won and I signed up at their site and low and behold I was allowed to make an account and in less than 24 hours my disease mindlessly deposited thousands of dollars which was my rent, savings, food and utility bill money. Even my sons school lunch money. I wish I could have stopped but that is not how this disease works, it gives you a high like no other when you are playing and your brain craves that high to the point that nothing else matters. Even when I was won over $5k I couldn’t stop and redeem as my disease would not stop until all my money was exhausted. Now anyone could look at my play and see that is not a player that gambles for entertainment purposes clearly. My play was due to this disease.

So I contacted this site when my son saw me crying and I told him what happened and he helped me contact this site and ask for a permanent exclusion and for a refund of the deposits that were not made of sound mind and were not for entertainment and we included proof of my addiction and a copy of the state casino exclusion. The company at first was very nice and stated that they will investigate and see about a refund, but honestly it seems they were just delaying to make sure the payments cleared. After a week or so they stated our policy is no refunds and refused to refund. Even though they could see and the knew now it was all related to gambling addiction and I was under the state casino ban. Profit seems to be, in my opinion, all they care about. I begged and pleaded with them for help explaining that I had no money for food, rent, or anything and they refused to help me at all. Trying to apply a policy that was meant for entertainment players to a player like me that played for addiction and had a signed ban in place is not only irresponsible, but heartless. It seems this site like many others are owned by outside countries and are not USA owned and operated.

I have also noticed that they are getting a lot of negative complaints here lately and it seems that flag them all in an attempt to get them removed. My experience is 100% real and accurate and I can prove everything I write here.

I don’t recommend playing at this site based on all of the above and I strongly suggest that anyone that has been victimized or had a bad experience to do the following:

1. Write your experience here and other review sites to warn players that are able to play for entertainment purposes.
2. File a complaint with your state attorney generals office and casino commission if you have one.
3. File a fraud complaint with the FTC
4. Contact your state and federal legislatures about regulating these entities or banning them.
5. Contact your bank to see about disputing these transactions.
6. If you are able to gamble for entertainment purposes, do so in a regulated casino.

Gambling addiction is a serious disease and the best thing that I can recommend is not starting gambling in the first place. When it’s not for entertainment it destroys lives.

Reply to their reply: they feel so sorry for my situation that they decided to keep the money that was spent not a sound mind but of addiction and they know it that reply is absolute garbage. They’re just trying to seem like they’re doing the right thing and to help their ratings on trust pilot. But the thing about it is they purposely kept that money which no sane person would’ve spent, so that goes to show you what kind of company they are!

After processing two redemptions for…

After processing two redemptions for me, they have now stolen my third for $2,000, claiming "Suspected fraud and/or abuse will result in your Customer Account being closed and your prizes being removed"

I bought the packages they offered on their website, and played large hands of Iconic 21 Live Roulette. How is that abuse or fraud?

Do not trust this site.

I purchased one of their first time…

I purchased one of their first time buyers promotional package. The package was $24.99 but received $30. I only received the $24.99 and the other $5 was not credited. I asked chat about the error in funds and all I got from them was “well you got the $24.99”!
I explained I had screen shots of their promotional package and what I received showing their error. Their response was then email them the proof! So I did exactly that! I never got a response from this scammy ass site! All I can say is careful playing there!!!

Numerous issues

First off, the intro promo is very disappointing. When you sign up, if you spend $19.99 you get a whopping 5 SC and the opportunity to spin a wheel that offers "up to 125 SC" (although every single person seems to be saying they received 1 SC, so the probability of getting a 125 SC reward might be insanely rare - maybe 1 in 10,000 odds or more). Very disappointing.

There's also lots of glitches and issues. For starters, there's a balance on my account that shows as "unplayed" despite playing through it multiple times. Despite escalating the issue, no one seems to understand why.

My experience hasn't been good here, and I'd recommend staying away from this site until they prove they can get it together...

Signups bonus is a scam

Update to reply- First off if it's meant to be a bonus on first time purchase it's crap compared to every other site. As most others offer 150% to 200% on first purchase and others 50%.
Second if it's meant to be a first time purchase bonus it should not be classified as WELCOME BONUS $5 After when signing up and then after gathering everyone's information bam YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE A 19.99 PACK BEFORE GETTING THE $5 NO OTHER PERK FOR THE PURCHASE. And if it's supposedly supposed to be a first time bonus why then do you literally only give ONE HOUR then it disappears.
And the fact your trying to tell me the times I waited for support is Ridiculous, 1st attempt showed 1 person in que and a 11 min wait, waited for agent and nothing was said just request closed second time stated 2 in que and a 12 min wait, again waited and again it was auto closed without a word. Third one I asked to have account closed and it was closed yet your still sending emails to me. My account was closed on 10/15 same day it was opened so STOP SENDING ME PROMOTIONAL EMAILS.
I have no reason to lie as to what account is about but unlike Facebook comments which you can hide this one will not disappear as no matter how many times you try and have it removed I WILL CONTINUE TO VALIDATE THAT I INDEED CREATED AN ACCOUNT AND SEND PROOF OF CHATS AND EMAILS SO YOU MIGHT AS WELL GIVE UP.

Signed up today supposedly a $5 sign up bonus. Not!!!! A sign up bonus is supposed to be for SIGNING UP. Site is new it is ridiculous to require a purchase to get the sign up bonus. You only get sign up bonus with a $19.99 deposit and you only have 1 hour til it's gone. There isn't a daily bonus that I can see unless it unlocks after purchase. Not even going to bother to try as I'm not dropping $20 on a site before I even know it's legit. 2 times I tried to chat all 2 times chat was ended as soon as agent came into chat. Not a short wait either as both times there was 2 in que with over a 12 minute wait. After 5 minutes time hadn't changed then agent came in marked me as not in chat and ended chat. Utterly ridiculous especially for a site that just started. Great start🙄🙄🙄

Not a good site.

No bonus for pre registration, no daily bonus, tried to ask support to close my account. They said hello on chat, I asked for my account to be closed, and that was it. Put back into queue and never got another agent. Completely ghosted. Got a “scratcher” for pre registration under a specific referral and it just said “sorry not a winner”. I would stay away.

Update: they tried to flag my review as defamatory. Instead of trying to flag my review why don’t you reach out to your upset customers?
