Website no longer updating
I've had a clikpic site for a couple of years, initially all was good. In recent weeks I've tried to update my site and the updates haven't gone live. I've tried contacting support and emailing and still haven't had a reply. My site remains outdated. I'm in the process of having to write a new website elsewhere. I only hope I can unlink my domain and add it to my new site. Do not use!
Sadly having just renewed my…
Sadly having just renewed my subscription I am now having trouble updating my website and am getting absolutely no response from them so basically my website is useless without being able to update it - there is absolutely no way of contacting them except via email which they are just ignoring. I will be reporting them and attempting to get a refund through my bank
Zero response to my customer enquiry…
Zero response to my customer enquiry about transferring web domain to a different provider
Utter shambles
My advice: dont consider them
I wouldnt recommend them if my life…
I wouldnt recommend them if my life depended on it. I have been asking for help and they NEVER read the emails or respond. I have always had the same experience with them since years ago but didnt want to change email providers because of the risk/hassle. Believe me they take your money - I even paid twice to make sure it wasnt the problem, but they just took the money and didnt respond. I am still waiting and after over 10 years I am so gutted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
No replies to Support requests
Like some other reviewers, I inherited a website to administer that had been set up by someone who had no knowledge of coding websites. I've kept it ticking over, but needed to register an email address on the domain and paid for email forwarding for the rest of the subscription/domain period. This hasn't worked (emails bounce to the address) and none of the Support requests are even showing as having been read by Support. I'm now in the process of cutting my losses and looking for another website host that will be suitable for our Camera Club. The experience of editing the website has been OK, but the 0% Tech Support makes Clicpic unviable going forward. This seems to have been the experience for everyone else who's left a review!
This is an update of a previous review…
This is an update of a previous review saying more or less the same - however the problem still exists - support is non-existent despite their website claim that "Support is at hand ,,,,,, but we also offer an outstanding email support service, with all queries responded to personally within 24 hours (usually less than this,...."
This is why my support request of March 25 has still received no reply. (The original problem started in 2023 and i was told it had been resolved) - Not according to Easyspace information however .
Update review
Hi everyone, this is just an update to a review I wrote on 15/1/25. Still no reply to my queries...now 5/6 months down the line. They have however sent me an email ( automatic I guess ) to renew my domain name! My concern is whether or not they take money from my account...I just cannot find how to cancel my subs...any ideas anyone?
In the meantime I have used Wix to build 2 websites, very different but so much more useful...well worth a look.
Clikpic Subscription paid but no website.
I have been with them for over a decade. I never use to have problems with them. They would respond immediately to any query I had and all was well.
All that until now. A week ago I renewed by subscription and although the money left my account my subscription has not been renewed. I have thus paid for a website but do not have one.
I have sent 4 messages via the site plus an email and no reply for a week now. There is no phone to call either. . Absolutely appalling!
Oh I wish I read these reviews before…
Oh I wish I read these reviews before going with them. I’ve had no acknowledgement on messages I’ve sent my my new domain etc. I was with them 15th years ago and it was fine then, but now, sadly I come to realise it doesn’t seem to be anyone there now to respond. Best to avoid for now. I will have to start again somewhere else with a new domain.
HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT?
I am still waiting for help to resolve a problem which originated last December
Clikpic are still appalling
See my previous review from 15/10/2024.
Our support tickets are still open from last October and are being ignored. Our Domain was eventually renewed, no apology. We are currently waiting for acknowledgement of our payment for our site, the site still says "unpaid" with a few days left.
Also the Clikpic mail server is down so you cannot send support emails.
Unfortunately I agree with the other…
Unfortunately I agree with the other one star comments. They totally ignore your requests for support. £40 is nothing and thats exactly the service you get. If I could afford a better site provider I would like a shot, but money apart it took a year to build my site (not being a tecky) and I just don't want to have to go through all that again. I currently have a problem which Easyspace, the domain team say only Clikpic can resolve . I emailed Clikpic yet again re this problem (as I have been doing for the past 2-3 years,) and just sent off a support ticket today as well. Wont hold my breath. If you are thinking about using them the other 1 star reviews are accurate according to my experience so you can't say you haven't been warned.
I've had an artist website on Clikpic…
I've had an artist website on Clikpic for years. Very sadly I'm now going to have to host it somewhere else.
The admin / support is completely absent resulting in me losing a domain name and email link up. I sent repeated emails and "tickets" over the past several weeks. Nothing.
If I could give less than 1 star at this point I would.
My Website has been cancelled
Can I add my name to the 1* Reviews for Clikpic. I've been a subscriber for years, and I went into my account in December 2024. I tried again in Jan 2025 for the site to say that my login details were incorrect. The system did not send me a link to reset my Password, so I raised a ticket which was never acknowledged nor replied to. Despite there being no contact, as my subscriptions were due to expire mid February, I've been receiving loads of emails to renew my domain name and subscriptions, but unable to as I couldn't log in.
As of now, my domain has expired and I no longer have a Website - I'm just glad that I paid as I went along rather than setting up automatic payments !

Martin.Sorry mate but you are wasting your time on this.Look at all the feedback there is with Clikpic.Better just cutting your ties with them and go elsewhere
Desperately Seeking Clikpic
Over the past week I have contacted 'clikpic' every day via their support ticket system - to no avail.
I urgently need to reset my password account, as there are signifiant emails I need to answer to which I have no accessibility.
Is clikpic still operating?
Hi Everyone
Hi Everyone. I am so sorry that most of these negative reviews would appear to be true. I am a Landscape Photographer based in the the Lake District. I have had issues with there admin with open tickets which they have not responded over June of 2024. I cannot go into to much detail about my personal experience with Clikpic as I have opened this issue with Trading Standards and I have been instructed by way of a solicitor to deal with my experiences with this company in a more legal capacity. I am unable to comment further regarding Clikpic whether to use them, but please take the appropriate time to read the reviews from others… I would love to update you about my issues with Clikpic but for now I am sorry for all the bad dealings we have all had….. If it helps I have had all the negative reviews passed over to a Trading Standards
Regards

I actually sent a letter to their home…
I actually sent a letter to their home address regarding images not being loaded onto my website after trying to contact them online and a few days later my pics appeared. There are obviously issues with this site so best avoided.
Since this I have again tried with the same problem, shame as have been with this company many years.
And why call themselves Photofun?
I think this is a case for BBC's 'You and Yours'
Don't go near Clikpic
I started with Clikpic fifteen years ago or more and they've always been there when I needed them. My website was one of those used to advertise their services.
Roll forward to now........
My website is down, I can't access my account, they aren't answering emails, phones don't work - they've taken my money and run.
Service was dreadful last year, but this is now fraudulent.
Please note I am talking about Clikpic.com and no other company, nor any that uses their services.
Very good value.
I had originally given a lower score but now realise this was most unfair. For £40 subscription a year this company offers exceptional value and I wonder if the subscription was increased significantly if they could employ more staff for improved customer support.
My support tickets have been cleared.
