I ordered a replacement couch cushion for the Nomad sofa, which by the way, stains very easily. Thought this would be an easy replacement (although very expensive), but I have not gotten a shipping notification for almost a month, with no communication from Burrow in when to expect the replacement. The reviews on here that detail empty promises with no actual logistics are 100% correct. This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will never purchase from Burrow again. Do not be fooled by the obviously fake 5 star reviews.
Found a beautiful ottoman that matched furniture I bought elsewhere. Quick delivery, easy assembly. Would order here again!
I haven’t received the hardware box so my couch has no legs.
This is our second Burrow sofa. They absolutely get 5 stars for design and durability. This model cushions are the perfect depth and width. The color is exactly what we were looking for and they really thought of it all with this design. With how well our last couch has held up, we know this one will be in the family for years to come. Shipping was not the best and came way later than the projected ship date (by over two months) and a few of the boxes came totally mangled but the couch was not damaged. Customer service was responsive the whole way through with my questions and requests for updates which is all we could really ask for.
I wish Burrow had an explanation on their website about how to purchase additional pieces if you already own a burrow sectional. I owned a 3 piece lounger, my husband and I wanted to add on to create a 9 piece lounger, we go to the website and select the pieces we needed during the Labor Day sale, they arrive, we see that the pieces don’t fit - why? Because edge pieces have narrow panels that are 2 inches shorter than inline seats which have wide panels and the website offers NO DESCRIPTION OF THIS. Terrible marketing. I reach out to customer service, they only communicate by email - it took DOZENS of emails back and forth and almost 1 MONTH of going back and forth for them to process the return, explain that we can purchase add ons but they have to process it on their end, we get the invoice ready and then sorry they don’t have the inventory anymore, more emails more questions more invoices, multiple drawings of couches trying to figure out what individual pieces we needed, no customer support offered in that area, I think I knew more about burrow couches than the customer support person did at that point. The worst purchasing experience I have had and we spent over $2000. If I could have spoken to someone on the phone it could have been handled in 1 day 1 transaction, monumental waste of time and mismanagement of customer service. With that said - they did work with us. They honored the Labor Day sale despite it being passed, they gave us free shipping on the new order even though it didn’t qualify, and our order was correct but it took quite a while to get to us and there was no tracking information due to they were moving warehouses during this time. I absolutely love our 9 piece customized couch but the stress and hassle it took to get it was absolutely ridiculous. I used to think very highly of this company and recommend them often, now I don’t think I will. I hope they will allow for calls with someone who knows their couches inside and out and who can handle complex problems like ours as well as include website directions for if a customer is adding on to an existing range or at least some kind of disclaimer that you have to contact customer service if adding on to an existing range. Common sense is free, let’s use it Burrow.
I still haven’t gotten the furniture. It seems to be stuck at distribution center.
I own two Nomad sofas, one (3 seat) purchased in May 2022 and the other (3 seat sectional) purchased in February 2025. Both are perfect for my small home. The first was to solve a problem of only having a 30" doorway into the space. the other was perfect for the tight 90" space I had available. Both are extremely comfortable with the optional lumbar pillows (highly recommend if you are short, like me). Both sofas are the charcoal gray fabric option and shipped within 4-6 weeks of ordering. ETA information shared by Burrow was pretty accurate. I assembled both by myself (about an hour each). I have three indoor cats; you'd never know by looking at either sofa. I highly recommend Burrow's Nomad. It's a quality product.
I now have two Burrow sofas, one a loveseat and ottoman and one a large couch and ottoman. Both as so comfy!! My recent purchase is just gorgeous, it is a Range loveseat. The color is beautiful and the fabric is great. Their items are always so well packed and so easy to assemble.
I cancelled my order after weeks of delays, and they still went ahead and shipped the couch anyway. Now they refuse to pick it up, and are holding my refund hostage until the couch is returned, even though it’s been over three weeks and they still haven’t managed to schedule a pickup.
Every time I contact support, I get the same empty apologies and no action. It’s absolutely unacceptable that a company this large can’t handle basic logistics or honor a cancellation.
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, avoid at all costs.
I ordered an ottoman on 10/07/25 on Burrow.com. The website indicated the item was in stock with shipment in 2-5 days. I contacted customer support via email (they have no phone number) on 10/14/25 as the item had not shipped. I received an auto-response that it could be 2-3 days before I would get a real response.
On 10/16/25 customer support replied “Due to changes in our partner’s production and shipping schedule, your order is now expected to ship in late October to early November.”
On 10/29/25 a box labeled “Ottoman” was delivered by UPS but it only contained the ottoman cushion and not the legs.
On 10/29/25 I contacted customer support via email because tracking indicated that a second package from Burrow had been returned to sender by the USPS. USPS does not deliver to my address, and I have no idea why Burrow thought it was okay to ship something via USPS when their website says they use “normal delivery networks like UPS.” I once again received an auto-response that it could be 2-3 days before I would get a real response.
I now know to check even supposedly reputable sellers like Burrow to see if they have phone or chat support at the very least. I won’t buy from Burrow again unless they prove they can resolve this in a timely manner with adequate compensation.
Terrible assembly experience. The screws are almost impossible to get right into the threads. After hours of assembly, one leg is stuck off the ground and hits whenever you sit it in. Garbage couch for the price.
My Nomad sectional sofa arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date. It was well packaged and in flawless condition. The assembly instructions were excellent and mostly easy. The hard part was lining up and attaching the arms. (There were 3 pegs that had to be lined up, and we would get two in line and they would get out of line as we struggled to get the 3rd lined up. That said, we did it ourselves, and my husband and I are both in our early 70s.) Most important, I am very happy with the look and feel of my new sectional! I wanted a firm sofa and it is firm. I really like the charcoal grey upholstery. It goes with everything and is easily brightened up with some decorative pillows.
Sarah was amazing! I had ordered the rabbit installation and found out that the sofa/bed couldn't be delivered to Portland, Oregon.
She jumped through hoops to make other arrangements.

The couch itself is great. Well made, comfortable, everything we wanted. But the delivery situation is bad. It says online it will ship in 8-10 days. It does not. After over a month we followed up and they said parts weren't in and they'd notify us when it shipped. Another month passed and we followed up again. It wasn't until we requested a refund and reported fraud to our credit card that our couch actually shipped. I don't think Burrow is a scam but I do think it's a very poorly run company. I'd be too nervous to order from Burrow again.
Delivery time was way off - i was notified that my dining table would arrive between 3-5pm (so i planned to go home early from work to receive the packages), but it arrived at 10am, when i was not home - and the driver just left it on the front steps of my bldg! I had to rush home at lunchtime to bring the packages inside.
False information about delivery times, difficult, repeated interactions with customer service, at least a dozen emails. two months to finally get the credit card company to cancel the charges and get the Burrow idiots to pick up the useless junk they shipped to me -- "the arms are on backorder" six weeks after "the order will ship in 2-5 days" . AVOID these losers.
