Horrible Service ! I have taken it has my responsibility to reveal the emergency company at the top that helped me from scam fraud.

After filing a complaint via the
profile picture
name tag feature, I managed
to reclaim my stolen funds.

Remember this company is a complete scam.
I have reported to every one u can.
But I have also done some thing to get them to pay. And it's not gonna yet my money back but it gives me satisfaction in other ways.

Please never trust this company if invest your money on this platform you will never get it back they call several times to corn you they are scammers

I would give them a -star rating if I could, nothing but scammers as far as I’m concerned. They happily took 30k off me ‘for trading’ , showed a profit, but then I had to keep paying to try and get any of it back,(note I said try). A lousy $500 is all the return I got for over $100k. Ally Langdon was the celebrity face they used to suck me in. Don’t invest with BTCcrest. They even had a fake account in coin base, supposedly where all my money is, but I refused to pay anymore money. I have passed on a lot of evidence to the police.

Hope these Guys make a fortune out of Bitcoin, they have my money, managed to get to VIP account, then they decided to Close the Account. No Sign of my Funds? Glad not to be part of it anymore!

This company is a scam. I have sent all numbers and emails that tried to reach me from btccrest. I submitted a court case and there was enough evidence to get them to trail. The first time no one showed up as expected. They got a second date and no defence, so they convicted everyone who was involved. They can’t get hit with bitcoin laws because there are none actually but they can get hit with money laundering, harassment(phone calls) and other. So if you have any issues with this company, report them at your local authorities. Im trying to withdraw my money for 9 months without any results and they still try to scam me!

On 23/11/23 you stated that you are working on my refund and you were committed to resolving this matter promptly.The amount is AUD $391-80.
I've still received no action. Why ????

PLEASE READ!!!!!! My father got scammed by Btccrest and I’m happy to say that the website is finally gone. BUT Please also beware, all the reviews on here about people getting their money back through the companies they advertise are also FAKE!!! The are run by the same people who ran Btccrest please don’t not give anyone else more money, accept the fact that your money is gone!!

Unless it's what we agreed to and that was Carl and I getting the 25118.96euro that we payed the commission on which is what you told us we had to pay 3600 au and the rest being reinvested l am not talking to you about anything because we are just feed up with being lied too and you people just trying to get more and more money out of us 6:07 PM

So much for an upfront, honest company!

I started creating an account last August 2023 but did not finish it.
However they got my mail and phone number.

Since then BTC Crest is doing her utmost to spam me with phone calls from all over the world. Some number look like local, some from India, Switzerland. Always kind of bad English.

Please do not trust this Company

Avoid at all cost

After trying to get my money back for months with no success I finally got a call from someone representing BTC Crest saying that the company was closing and everyone that was owed money were being paid but first I had to open a wallet etc. This was done and then they said I had to pay $3,500 to be able to get my money back. I told them I had no money and would not pay anything! This is a complete scam so stay away from them or you will lose your money as I did!

Do not fo not ever take any calls from this company they are not to look after your investment.They are friendly and helpful to start with. Once they got your money they will tell you that in order to make more money you need to invest more and ask you to download websites such as anydesk so that they can find out about your financial status and try to scam you as much as they can.They may even send you some money just to gain your trust. If by any chance you make money on their fake trading site and want to transfer the profit they would start asking for commission. Once you send the commision you can kiss goodbye to your money for good as you will never hear from them or if you do you hear from a new person telling you that the previous rep that you dealt with is no longer with the company and try to decieve you again or they move on to another vulnerable person. They are a bunch of crooks😬

Its a scam!! Alfie Matthews started friendly and always sound very sincere and nice. Very convincing too. After a month of small investments. He has asked me to invest in bitcoins(crypto) saying its a good opportunity as the market is great. It will earn almost the double you will have invested. But there is a minimum amount that you will need. Invested about 5000 aud , deposited into wise account then into bybit saying its good, then transferring it into btccrest. Then investment started, looks legit and real until the month is over and i wanted to withdraw the money. Its said you need the same amount of money that you have earned in btc to liquidate the stock in btccrest. After a long time of back and forth and research and have not seen anything said about needing to pay to liquidate. They come to say to have 2000 aud and you will be able to liquidate (red flag) . After transferring the money to liquidate, he has then asked to download coin base wallet and withdraw my money into the wallet changing it to usdc (crypto) . And to transfer the money out to bybit.. i would need to buy 6000aud worth of eth(crypto) for the usdc to be changed to eth in bybit then to wise then back to my bank account. Seriously… they can really make lots of money if they really do finance and help ppl for the good. Either i stop there or i lose more money. And its too good to be true that i would have earned 5000 aud in a month tax free too.
