Slotvu Casino is a scam!!!

Slotvu Casino is a scam!!!

I downloaded and decided to play

I won 4,477.53
I was told I had to deposit $20 since I was a new player to receive my winnings, which I did deposit the $20.
Then I was told that I had to pay a $224 service fee to retrieve my winnings. I went ahead and paid that. After I paid I was promised my withdrawal was under review which the says take up to 24-48hrs. That time passed and I asked when would I receive my deposit. I was then told that I was in que and it would be weeks before I could get my winnings because I wasn’t a VIP player. The person who I was speaking with in the chat told me if I was to deposit more to become VIP I would then be paid out in 1-24hrs.
I proceeded to deposit $180 more dollars to be upgraded to VIP. I was told then that I would get a deposit within 1-24hrs. After another 24hrs I contacted them again asking for an update on the deposit and was given the runaround. After I demanded them to give me some type of information I received a message saying that I pay for cyber security courses and I should stay away from online gambling. At that point I knew I was being scammed and it was a tactic form then to not pay me my money

BrbetPG.com and ag.slotvu.com are the casino under different names. when you try to send them a message it goes to facebook messenger and almost every other day there name changes in chat. I asked for a phone number to speak with some one and they refused to give me on they said there is no one to talk to. They are hiding behind thier computer screen.

I too was lead on by Brbetpg after paying in the service fee twice. The 1st time they said was a partial payment & the 2 payments equaling the fee didn't go towards it so I paid it again in one payment. Sent screenshots to their customer service & that evening I can no longer send messages. "Message Failed" I've been on here seeing they've responded to their reviews & I hope for the some sort of response as well.

SCAM ALERT

I've played on this site less than a week and already can't find anything telling me that it's not a total scam! On day 2 I tried to withdraw my winnings...told I need to pay a "tax"...weird, never had to do that anywhere else, but whatever, no problem. I hope off the app, get back on a few hours later to pay the tax and collect my winnings..nope! My log in info no longer works! Odd...but whatever. I contact customer service, they assure me it will be fixed. I go to sleep, wake up thinking I will log in, pay my tax, collect my winnings...nope! Still not working! I reach out again. I explain the situation and this was the solution on their end... The person changes the log in info to HIS name, phone number, email, etc...gives me the credentials, and tells me just to change it as soon as I log in. I found this very weird, but I did it ... Why he couldn't have easily just changed it back to mine instead? I'll never know. Here's the problem, you can't change log in info on our end, that's why I had reached out in the 1st place...I reach out once again. I'm explaining what's happening, getting no response. I finally get a response in the middle of the night while I'm sleeping asking me if I'd like to explain 1 word at a time (?).... What? And I will add that this whole time, I been very patient and thorough, including screenshots with everything I'm trying to get resolved. Finally, I explain that it's now going on 4 days and I'm still not able to do anything, I'm still in the same situation, they still haven't done anything but create more problems. I also explained that at this point, this needs to be escalated and that I'm feeling understandably hesitant about handing over any kind of money to them at this point, as I'm very doubtful of their ability to handle any kind of money responsibly, let alone a $95 "tax". Now? My messages won't send! Strange... This is a scam and a rip off! Don't give these con artists a dime of your hard earned money!

Scam site 100% = do not even play the site. I have played many SC casino platforms been paid out on Chumba, Luckyland, Pulsz, WoW Vegas, Zula, Sportzino, High5casino. Not one of those platforms which actually pay out ask for a fee upfront. Complete scam and I am sure when posting this review I will get the same generic response from site not that says the same bullshi* that everyone else gets. All the other sites that I have been paid out by also have the same problems that this site claims is the reason for their fee first policy and the other legit sites still don't ask for this fee. They are like Cock-A-Roachess, (said in my best Tony Montana voice)..

I only give it one star for the fact that you have to make a selection in order to leave a review and that it was entertaining until I realized it was a scam, luckily without the loss of any of my own funds. This is definitely a scam. Someone needs to take them down.

Beware this is a scam posing as a gambling site

It has come to my attention that the 5-stars reviews have only 1 review on their profiles. That is clue number 1. The repeat replies are basically copy and paste. Basically, saying the same thing. Clue number 2. Asking for a "fee" which I have never had to pay on Chumba, Luckyland, and McLuck. Clue number 3. I won over 2400 dollars and now they want me to pay over 118 dollars for this "fee". No verification, no ID check, and no way of withdrawing winnings without paying this fee. Your best bet, no pun intended, is to stay away from this site. Luckyland, Chumba, Stake, and other legitimate online gambling site would NOT ever ask for fees. I should have known. But luckily, my instinct was throwing up red flags and I decided to check out the reviews. I was right. This is a scam site. It should be reported. If it's too good to be true, then it's not real. Beware, you have been warned.

It seems this is a scam site for sure and the 5 star reviews must be fake reviews they did themselves or paid some people to do. Too many crooks in the world these days. SMDH

We have recently identified a coordinated effort by certain individuals to exploit our platform by creating multiple fraudulent accounts in order to claim bonuses. These users attempt to deposit and withdraw large amounts after securing bonuses, which is a clear violation of our terms. As a result, these accounts have been flagged and failed verification.

It has come to our attention that groups dedicated to abusing promotional bonuses are operating on various social media platforms, sharing methods to bypass our security measures and illicitly claim funds. To protect our legitimate users, we have already banned tens of thousands of accounts and frozen their balances and permissions. In some cases, we have detected individuals registering hundreds of accounts from a single device.

Despite this, a few of these bad actors are now attempting to discredit our verification processes through false accusations and malicious rumors on social media. We remain committed to maintaining the integrity of our platform and will continue to take strong action against fraudulent behavior.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! After the first withdrawal request they want a $20 deposit to "verify" the account. Cool I did that, now they want service and platform cost fees and tax fees before they will release the winnings. TOTAL SCAM! the fees and taxes should be deducted from the winnings. Don't fall victim to this scam!!!!

I registered and got $40 freeplay

I registered and got $40 freeplay. I ended up winning $2300. When I tried to withdraw the $ they asked for a $20 deposit to verify the account. So I did. Now I tried to withdraw my winnings again $2000 so they say I have to pay $95 withdrawal fee. Why don’t they take that out of the winnings? It’s a scam. I have played a lot of online casinos and never had to deposit any $ to redeem my winnings. These people just try to see how many people fall for this scam and give them their hard earned $. Remember if something seems too good to be true, it usually is.
