Scammers! Stole my card information, tons of unauthorized charges from this merchant!! Dont give them any info!

No good worst place to play they always look for reasons not to cash you out

Bitbetwin is a sketchy platform i made a deposit with them and they make all this excuse and not put my money in the game i choose to play so i asked for a refund they tell me that they dont have a refund policy yetand i asked them so what can i do to get my miney back tbeh told me that to consider it a lose what tmkind of a shit is that!! Bitbetwin should definitely get a lawsuite for this stealing money kinda policy they have how do they even let fkers like this to do business the fact that they steal peoples money?! This platform should be removed and have them pay back people that theh owe money and be shut down permanently this is just not right!

Only 3 star right now. Waiting on my withdrawal. I will update and give 5 star when I receive my money. It's been 7 hours so idk why they have t processed yet. I got an email about 4 hours ago saying it processing. I just want what I won,please pay me so I can change my review

Over 4 months now and my 4 withdrawals are still on hold. Representative Chloe just gives the exact same “generic” response. I’m accepting the fact that they are crooks. I hope they get fined and put out of business. Horrible site!!!!!

have been waiting 48 days on my withdrawls and currently have 25 withdrawl requests on hold. I have a ton of money on my game and even offered to take 20 percent of my total winnings and they still won't do s%!t. They lie constantly, they are all talk and no action. They won't reply to my dozens of emails to info at bitbetwin.cc and finance at bitbetwin.cc ive called their fake a$$ number 909-991-7666 registered to a 92 yr old deceased man named Richard Van Rosmalen, dozens of times left dozens of messages and Noone ever answers or calls back. They think they are above the law and allowed to go unchecked, scamming people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.  They operate in Baku, Azerbaijan and that place is nicknamed the City of Scammers. Wonder Why? Smh. I read how hundreds of people have not been paid on all the review sites. And yet they continue to operate freely making hundreds of thousands of dollars with noone giving anything. These people need to be shut down immediately by the FBI. People need to collaborate and contact IC3.gov. The more people who message the more interest they will have in putting them down. Everyone can also collaborate and contact the Cyber Group Anonymous and let them know about the injustice going on and the thousands of people they steal from I'm sure they will be very interested.  The only way to stop this illegal, unlicensed, crooked site is in numbers. They hold your money cause they know you will quit. They think noone will find them, they are completely cocky and have no concern for you or anyone else. This site is built on a foundation of greed. They pay their workers to sit at a desk and literally lie all day and deal with nothing but angry customers. Who would choose to work for a place like that. I have a suspicion that their contact support team are victims of human trafficking. Cause who in the world would willingly sit and lie to angry pissed odf customers all day long. They think we are stupid by the way they just freely lie to us everyday. I'm only one person but if you really want to stick them where it hurts. Research Anything you can about them. Contact the ic3.com cybersecurity division. Contact homeland security. Send a message to the senators and governors in Arizona and tell them the Address

Is being used in their states as a fraudulent site scamming Americans all over the country. They will at least be able to trace it to someone and question the owners of those establishments.  Contact the authorities in Baku, Azerbaijan,  Turkey, Latvia, Georgia becuase that is where the second most traffic into that site comes from. And if you really want to have some fun like I said contact Anonymous I'm sure they will do something before the authorities do and if they are in california like they supposedly say they are contact the California States Attorney 

Report to the software developers of the gaming platforms they use to report that it this site is scamming under their brands and losing customers 

They recently have tried to cover up and delete everything but i have covered it all with screenshots and vidoes and 48 days of contacting their support team and the lies they tell.

This is about my third time cashing out I gave already sent them an email informing them of my withdrawrl and they have already sent me the link
So i can be verified and all of this in just a matter of a couple hours wben i tell you that these guys here are great i mea just wbt i say

I’ve been getting the run around to receive my withdrawl’s for almost a month now. Every time I reach out they say the exact same thing the last representative told me. The representative are very defensive as well , if anything they should be emphasizing with us because they know what’s going. I’ve had over a $1000 in winnings and still haven’t received $1. When I first noticed the problem, I reached out to one of the representatives Chloe and she assured me the problem was fixed. I clearly told her I do not want to load anything if I still cannot be paid. I follow there Facebook page and it’s a lady on there waiting for $4000, like this is really crazy. I don’t understand why are they still accepting deposits or constantly sending advertisements to play knowing they aren’t paying anyone.

I been with this gaming platform for years and they do block you when they don't like what your saying in chat I have had it happen right now it's been a week my withdrawal is in review with and undetermined time Frame for this review the customer service people say they can't do anything they are just messengers no manager to talk to nothing this is not cool this company just does whatever they want to whomever no reason or concern for them being in trouble for treating people like this because there is none. Honestly there isn't a better way to regulate this from happening and there should be someone needs to stop companies taking peoples money and not providing the service they are suppose to and in a timely fashion not months later. This feels so hopeless when your a customer and get terrible service with no end to it and a company with no manager screwing you over. I thought in America we had protection from this type stuff but I see we don't. I am tired of being a victim to terrible ungoverned companies they shouldn't be available for people to deal with and have their money taking from for services they on some occasions they might offer if you are lucky. And the 5 stars are lies this company has the worst customer service people need to stop saying anything other than that they make you wait for hours for no help they are unreasonable and don't help you I was told they can't do anything but pass messages on so if your message is I need help your screwed. I hate dealing with them it's a headache everytime

All the five star reviews about this company NEEDS TO BE CHECKED AND VERIFIED! I HAVE PROOF of email conversations with them to back up MY STATEMENT. THEY ARE A FRAUD, as the previous person who did a review I believe her statement is true! Their referral promotions are FAKE! I was told by Floyd and Chloe that my friends referral bonus would be applied to my account "shortly" 3 days later nothing, so I try to live chat them and only to get blocked and told not to scam or threaten them and they blocked me! IM THE ONE BEING SCAMMED out of my referral bonus dummies!??? Also I opened a ticket only to have them tell me my referral never used my code when they registered which is a BIG FAT LIE because again 2 other representatives already acknowledged that I WAS ELIGIBLE now they want to say I'm not??? TOO LATE for that! Save urself the time and hassle THEY ARE NOT WORTH ALL THIS AVOiD THEM! AGAIN, I CAN PROVIDE PROOF TO WHOEVER ASKS to see it 🫰

They deactivated my account, after I deposited my funds and said that I had another account, which confused me. The email that came up was one that I haven't used and deactivated myself because I was hacked almost 5years ago. I explained this to them, letting them know that I have no access to it. They processed to tell me that's where my funds were placed and I have to use that email, but after telling them multiple times I have no access to the email and it's deactivated. Then they asked to send in photos to verify my my identity, well from four different people I was asked to do this, minded you four times I sent in documents and this disaster has been on going now for 22 hours, and nothing has been resolved!!! As a paying customer, I've never felt so put aside, I was shuffled around like a deck of cards!!
Very disappointed in their customer service and how long it's taken to resolve this matter, that should have only taken a brief time to square away. SAD SITUATION!!!!!
