Avoid at all costs. Have paid for a TV online and have not received it. The phone number provided does not work and they are not replying to my emails. Scammers!

Bad experience, I don't recommend it at all. I bought the product online, delivery time 2-5 working days, they told me to wait another week, so I did. I contacted them again (15 days after the purchase) and they told me that they were no longer in stock. A disgraceful store, they cheat their customers. If it hadn't been for my insistence, I'd still be waiting for my order. I asked for a refund, and it took over 14 days, unacceptable.
AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered a washing machine. Delivery should have been made in up to 5 days. After 5 days I got nothing, so I contacted them by phone. They said that they don't have that washing machine at all and suggested me another one at the same price. I wonder if I wouldn't contact them would they even bother to do something.. Anyway, I checked the price of the model they suggested and it was about 150 euros cheaper in other shops, so I refused and asked for a refund. By now I haven't received it. It's been 21 days since I payed money and I still haven't gotten it back. Stay away.

I bought a Liebherr freezer
I bought a Liebherr freezer and it wat was delivered in the announced time, I installed it and everything worked fine. So this could be a five star moment.
The only complaint is about the communication: As far as I experienced it, the communication leaned upon Artificial Intelligence, standards notes, nothing personal. Is that the price one pays for buying on internet? This could be better!

My experience is very bad so far.
I ordered an iPad on 16 nov 2022, which according to their website was in stock.
A month later, on 15 Dec I requested a refund as there was still no sign of the iPad. On 16 Dec I was assured by Julia Gama that refund would be made immediately.
Today, 30 dec I am still waiting. Nobody replies the telephone.
Suggest you buy on Amazon.es instead.

Apesar de ter lido as avaliações negativas encomendei uma máquina de lavar/secar, porque a minha experiência anterior tinha sido positiva.
Pois desta vez foi má. Telefonei antes de encomendar para saber se o produto estava disponível ao que me responderam que sim, dentro de poucos dias (não quero errar mas creio que disseram 3 a 5 dias).
Passaram quase 3 semanas e nada!
Ao telefone dizem que está ‘disponível na marca’ e que tudo depende de quando a ‘marca’ entrega e que não tem controlo nenhum sobre isso.
Portanto quando se pergunta pela disponibilidade há que ter em atenção de que tipo de disponibilidade se trata!
Os preços são bons mas não pagam a irritação!

Can I leave less than 1 star? What a tedious, exhausting and ridiculous experience with this company. They are rude, unapologetic and absolutely do not care about providing a basic level of customer service.
I wish, like many others here, I had read these reviews prior to my purchase. Not only did they send us a damaged machine (and then offer a measly 10% off what was very visible damage on the machine door) but it's been almost three weeks since the original order and still no machine! The man I just spoke to on the phone was literally aggressive and told me if I didn't like the situation it was my option to cancel. Ha! Horrendous service, do not waste your time.

Terrible customer experience. I ordered an installation kit for our hob but instead they delivered an induction hob. We made arrangements with the shop so we returned it. As of today we are still waiting to receive our installation kit. The customer service doesn’t have any update and honestly I don’t know why it’s taking so long. We have been penalized because of their error and this is extremely unfair. Stay away from this shop.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a dishwasher. Dishwasher was damaged prior to delivery but since packaging seemed unmarked I signed for it unopened. I also paid for installation - isn't the installer supposed to unwrap it (he was supposed to arrive later) . Company will take no responsibility whatsoever.
Not the Best, but the Worst!
The worst! After placing my order nearly two months ago, I had to wait for the funds (debit card) to be validated as paid before the company would even order the merchandise: a refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher. Numerous contacts with the company went unanswered -- or were "automatically" replied to with a standard reply -- and I had no idea when my merchandise would be delivered. This was vitally important, as the delivery address (my future home) is different from where we currently live. Finally, I received a reply that "I would be notified by the transport agent on the day of delivery." Never happened. Instead, the delivery company called to say they were outside the door ... 150 kms away! Worse yet, despite indicating that all items would "be delivered within three to five business days," on the date the delivery was made, I received an email notification that my dishwasher would be delayed. Best Electronics gave me two choices: To wait for the delivery (whenever) or to purchase a comparable dishwasher model through them for more immediate delivery--despite the fact that we had done extensive research and wanted this manufacturer and model. I replied that neither of their "options" was acceptable ... I wanted a complete and immediate refund. Best Electronics? No way. Absolutely the worst!

On 15 October 2020 I purchased and paid for a refrigerator from them. Delivery was agreed as 3-4 weeks. Since then I have written many times, and each time they simply reply "We are checking with the supplier" and never gave a delivery date. Finally on 3 December I contacted them to CANCEL the order and request a refund. This they acknowledged but since then NO REFUND and only auto-replies "We are very busy...", in spite of SEVERAL requests for the refund.
