Very unhappy. I received 3 violas stuffed in a box - no specialty packaging to keep them healthy. They were sent overnight, but courier delivered a day late.

I have emailed the company for a refund, but 4 days later no response.

I have used various nurseries to purchase various plants but I can honestly say that no other nursery is as efficient as Barnes ..price excellent, plant quality excellent and delivery time fast .. this is the place to go to for complete customer satisfaction ..thanks to all at Barnes nursery.

Fabulous Plants, and quick delivery. The plants were in good size pots; one larger than expected. They were well packaged and arrived in lovely condition. When I planted them the root balls were lovely, not pot bound but a great root system. I would recommend Barnes to family and friends and am likely to shop there again.

Have just received my second delivery of plants from Barnes Nurseries and I am delighted with the quality of the plants, careful packaging, quick delivery along with a fantastic price. All of this and a cute ‘thank you’ card - well done Barnes Nurseries. Highly recommended!

My order arrived 36 hours after I placed it. Some of the plants were much bigger than I expected, and all were in good condition. I wlll happily buy from them again.

This is the first time using Barnes and it won’t be the last. Great prices and delivery service, plants came within 2-3 days and they were very healthy looking plants. I would recommend to anyone looking for plants or shrubs

First time ordered and delivery was much quicker than other sellers and the way they’d packed my full size plants, protecting the flower heads it was amazing how good a condition the plants arrived to me. I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone. Great job Barnes Nurseries!
