I had been looking for a car radio with Apple CarPlay functionality for my Toyota for several weeks. I received it a few days ago, and I'm very happy and satisfied with the product and, above all, with their service.

The delivery was slow as it was coming from Holland.
Customer support was very slow in answering questions. Technical support was even worse, I am still waiting for a reply for over a month. The door open picture shows the passenger door open when I open the drivers door.
I had to return one radio and had to pay over £80 in Dutch customs tax
The return order was 37569, and was marked as a return.
In reply from you to an email from me about the Customs dues you wrote "We would like to clarify that, as stated on our website, the customer is responsible for all return costs. When we shipped your order to you, we handled the customs clearance on your behalf. However, since you have decided to return the product, you are now the sender, and therefore responsible for the customs process and related charges."

Product and service as expected, i can recommend it.
Bad experience
Purchased a radio in middle of August - fitted it straight away and had an issue with screen display.
Mailed them about it with videos and description of issue and the only reply I got was “someone from our tech team will contact you soon” 3 weeks since that mail was sent to me and i havent heard anything - iv mailed twice since myself and no response.

Do not buy from this company. They have yet to solve the problem I am having. I purchased an expensive system for my car in June and I am still waiting for help from them. I had it professionally fitted, so I know that’s not the problem. The only reply I get is “ someone from our tech team will contact you soon” i am going to contact citizens advice uk.

If you ever have a Problem - Support is Super Slow and finaly will not help you if it just does not work. I bought topmodel for my car and for month I struggle to get it to work. They do not provide a proper electrical Schema that will tell even professionals how to solve. Response time is "random 2-3 Weeks" if at all. I struggle almost 6 month with a none working device, potentially even broken at arrival.
Looks good at first, said at last.
To your Comment - NO I am not a competitor. However interresting here, you have time to answer on this platform in less then 2 Days - I would appreciate you would answer your technical TICKETS, so no unhappy customer has to look out for a competitor as you seem not to be able to maintain your products. Very said - you invest your time into the WRONG priorities.

Bad quality of radios
The radios they sell are of very bad quality. FM radio is a mess and doesn't even display the sender name. Android is way outdated and no option to update. But the worst is their support: Arrogant and not helping. And they censor reviews. I create a critical review on their webpage and is was never published. Tried it three times, no success. So don't buy there.

Customer service fast responding to my question. Don't expect top notch radio, but for my old Skoda great upgrade.
Requested clear video of damage provided and they go on and on
I bought an autoradio here, at ARP, and after a few months the screen did not work. Notified ARP, that asked to provide a video, so I sent them the video, as clear as can be. No solution offered, but another question: 'send the radio'. Endless sotuation. I bought another one.elsewhere. Cannot recommend.

I purchased a car radio for my son birthday since he bought his first used car two months ago.
It was written that it should fit our model but there is no chance to install it properly.
The size is totally different.
We sent it back but the company says they received nothing.
