was looking for a new remote control for an audio amplifier - was not clear on their website that the 'replacement' one would be different - by coincidence, the 'picture2' was removed from the product description ; then I wanted to return it but I noticed I never received the email with the order#, which is of course necessary for the return to be accepted - not haapy at all
They made a refund on my order without any explanation.
