9amHealth quickly became my go to app and customer support team throughout my weight loss and healthy lifestyle journey. The amount of support I received from each person was absolutely amazing. Even during difficult times with my insurance they were there to help me get what I needed to continue this journey that I was on. From the weekly modules to the meal planning, workouts, sleep guide, nutrition, advice tips and videos was so helpful and easy. It was all right at my fingertips I wouldn’t change a thing and would always recommend 9amHealth to anyone that is about to embark on this type of journey.

They were excellent until they weren’t. It was more convenient for me to go through them than my pcp for follow up diabetes care. I have been on Mounjaro for going on 4 years. I’ve gotten a 90 day script in the past and specifically asked this month for them to renew the 90 day as I pay the same copay for a 90 day as I do a 30 day. From August until October it has been a tirade of messages. Lab work must be done through my local hospital due to there not being one of their labs near me. I had to remind them of this a few times and they still continue to send my lab request to the wrong place. I asked specific questions a month ago and was not told until a month and a half later that they no longer do 90 day scripts. Which is fine, I understand that, but I asked months ago. It seems the last 6 months every interaction turns into a 2 week ordeal. It was never like that in the beginning. I will say when I called in they were very helpful and did give me a refund for my last month. I would say if you have patience they are ok.

Just with the guidance and knowledge this program has, I've lost 31 pounds. I always receive attention when I ask questions and everyone is patient and professional. I have enjoyed my experience with 9am Health. I definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family to consult with them regarding their health.

I recommend this app. My concerns were actually taken seriously with compassion and understanding. Responses are quick. The modules actually work along with the coaching calls. I’ve lowered my A1C from 11 to 5.7 in less than a year. I’ve learned a lot about myself and my body through this process. I highly recommend that you give them a chance.

This was crucial for me, because all the other programs I tried seemed to exist on a "daunting continuum": all of them I worried about trying, some were easier to try than others, and some were so daunting I never even tried them. I am required by my employer to use 9am…
I am required by my employer to use 9am Health in order to get a glp-1. My experience so far has been horrible. First, they make you pay for your bloodwork and require you to purchase a specific scale. I already have a scale. Second, they thought it was a good idea to prescribe an anti-depressant to help aid in weightloss. They did this without knowing enough of my history to know this is an awful option for me.
My husband was prescribed a GLP-1 for other reasons that have nothing to do with weight loss and they are making him go through the 12 week program. My husband's case is very complicated and his doctor's are livid that this is required and it is keeping him from getting the medication he needs.
I would strongly advise against ever working with 9amHealth.

This company is a scam. They charge your credit card immediately and then draw out your care, then after a month decide you don’t qualify for the medication. It took one month to decide I don’t qualify? Then refuse to refund your card. They give you one possible date and time to speak to the Dr. Do not use!

Cust. Svc. Veronique, really went beyond meeting standards in her position. She went Above Excellent. Veronique assisted me, (via phone and we both were online) during my online member process. She communicated in a knowledgeable manner and she was polite and professional at all times. I'm excited about my 9AM Health membership.
*For those having problems with the Rx being covered by their Rx providers, I have updated information regarding approvals via Medi-Cal, Medicaid in both TX & CA. It's slightly described it on the Lily website but I have gone through it for myself. For further information on the above issue in "regular people words" contact/DM me, Re: "Wt. Loss Rx Info" on IG & Tik Tok @black2dapearl_4u2c. No personal information needed. Just answering questions & info being provided to assist you in this Wt. Loss journey & medication approvals. We discovered a huge systems issues that can affect many people. *I am NOT an influencer and not getting paid for this. I'm just a regular honest person that's trying to help others.

I hate this stupid program. I had to pay for labs THEY required which I find ridiculous as I didn’t even want these and provided labs from my pcp but god forbid they weren’t what they wanted. And then I have a meeting with a pharmacist questioning my medical diagnoses like she’s some doctor or something. Then she tells me I HAVE to buy a smart scale and well sorry I can’t afford one. And I shouldn’t have to spend MY money on some program I don’t even want to do, that my insurance is forcing me to do. And now I have to talk to a dietician who was supposed to contact me “right away”. Haven’t heard anything. And it takes 2 business days for anything to get done or any question to get answered. I have complained to my insurance and the company about this bogus app. Hope they get rid of it by next year.
Gaslit
Poor experience so far. My company / insurance requires us to use 9am health now for Zepbound, so my primary care officially referred me. During my appt with the NP, she claimed to not have my starting weight on file from when my PCP put me on Zepbound. I screenshared and showed her my starting weight from my DEXA scan, and even shared some bloodwork in real time. She said she would call me back same day with a decision if they can take over my Zepbound prescription. I never heard back for 2 weeks until I reached out. She gaslit me by saying she was pending records for me and that I “never shared anything via screen share”. She then completely ignored the fact that we discussed in detail how she would call me back after our appt, me even giving her permission to leave a detailed message. Absurd to gaslight your new clients like that. I reached out to my company to inform them that 9am health is giving me the run-around and claiming they don’t have my records. My PCP said they should have everything and even sent me detailed records they sent them showing my starting weight at just under 190. It’s pulling teeth working with these people. I hope I get my Zepbound soon and a different NP assigned.

I pick up my meds at my local supermarket. I follow the online guidelines for successful Weightloss. The bottom line is: you must be proactive in your approach. You can’t just inject the drug and sit back. My local physician would not write my prescription. I’m glad I found someone who understands my situation better.
