The reaction the company gave me was ridiculous. That I wrote only bad reviews..nope I don't.. i write many review on my G-account with many positive reviews. I only write here the worst of them all and all the communication I have with all these companies is documented as well as for this company.Now I get a response that they wanted to sent me a new remote, which is absolutely not true.I think you should check the email conversation of your colleague and not only trust on the info you get.
