I’m having to write another review because the team still doesn’t respond to messages or emails. Even though I’ve already provided the order number, they keep asking for it again and no action is ever taken. On top of that, my orders don’t even show up on the order page, so I can’t choose the items to return. It’s honestly ridiculous. I ordered multiple items from Australia and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Initially, I received a few automated updates saying my order was sent to the tailoring team and was being “carefully stitched.” But when I started asking for real updates, all communication stopped. I sent multiple emails—no response. I even contacted them on WhatsApp, where the agents didn’t bother reading my messages. When they finally replied, they simply said the order couldn’t be cancelled because it was in the “final stage of shipment.” Only after I sent a firm message did they apologise and provide an update. I spent $350 and received the items in four poorly packed FedEx parcels. Everything was crumpled and carelessly thrown in. I had ordered customised items—pre-stitched sarees and blouses—but what I received was nowhere close to acceptable quality. Major issues with the products: (2587293 Order ID) Blouses were extremely loose and arrived without sleeves, despite instructions. Sarees smelled like rubber and looked extremely cheap—not at all like the product photos. Salwars were completely off-size and made from the poorest material. Overall quality looked and felt like something that shouldn’t cost even $50, let alone $350. To make things worse, the team is now asking me to send pictures wearing the products. I don’t even feel like trying them on because the quality is so poor. This entire experience feels misleading—don’t be deceived by the photos or paid reviews. Customer service is unresponsive, quality is terrible, and the packing is unprofessional. I regret placing this order and just want a refund, but they aren’t responding. Strongly do not recommend.

I recently worked with Nathan, the Finance and Business Manager, to secure a loan for my new car, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Nathan was not only knowledgeable and professional, but genuinely helpful in a way that made a huge difference. He handled every part of the financing process with confidence and ease—honestly, he was just a boss. I was so lucky to have him on my side. I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond and makes the entire experience feel effortless, Nathan is your guy.

Having already posted my complaint on this forum detailing multiple delays across 3 orders, appalling customer service, a scam-like ‘wait and save’ scheme, Rathwood finally cancelled my 3 orders and agreed to refund my money with 14 days. A month passed with no refund. At my wits end I finally posted here. Rathwood furniture then proceeded to take my private information from my cancelled orders without my permission, created an order using my data without my permission and passed my private data to an external courier without my permission. I will not be accepting this order on delivery as I did not place the order. I do not accept my partial refund either. This company needs to be investigated. Having read the reviews I see many many customers with similar experiences. I will be making a formal complaint to the ombudsman.

I am posting this review after receiving their beer calendar. I did put on the original review after having the terrible wine crate they sent me, but I’m not currently in receipt of the beer calendar. Albeit I was dubious surrounding the reviews this company has received, therefore didn’t want to open it up but I thought I’d look at what was sent. As mentioned in my original review, all the beers were copies from main brands or terrible mixes of beers. They were all below 5% for just under £100! You can get better quality, customer service and tasting beer from brewdog! This companies customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth, I never usually post these types of things but I honestly find the whole ‘£25 voucher’ nonsense. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM OF CHEAP BEER AND/OR WINE

I registered and I never received the $10 sign up bonus for the 2500 reward credits after depositing money and playing through the required monies. I contacted the customer support twice I even had someone call me and basically the first time they said I had to opt into it which you don't have to the second time they told me that I had to select it after I registered which you don't have to and when they called me they said that it had expired which I don't think it does cuz you get it as soon as you sign up and basically $25 $35 is a little too much for this company business casino to afford to make right a simple mishap so now I write this review in hopes that others will pay attention and be a little bit more proactive when signing up or just avoiding this casino altogether.

I reached out to global doors for help as after five years after the door I purchased from them started to drop and was not locking properly. This is their response: As the hinges on the door are a butt/fixed hinge there isn't an adjustment through the hinges that can be made. Other than making sure that all the screws in the hinges have been tightened and similarly in the frame fixings, you may be best speaking to an experienced door fitter to see if they have tried and tested methods. Basically, “computer says no” so great looking doors, but the doors cannot be realised because they are not using adjustable hinges. I reached that again to see why they were unwilling to help. I have not had a response.

My experience is limited when it comes to propfirms. However thus far I have had an amazing experience that has literally been virtually seemless. If you are not willing to grow as a professional trader and trade in a way that is curtious to other traders and the market itself then some other firm may be in order. Grow, analyze, profit speaks of sustained enviroment for all to progress. Not take all and run!!!! Love this firm and my experience with them. It has helped me pass my eval. and opened many doors for a sustainable way to suppliment my income!!!!! The patience shown now will be rewarded unimaginably on the market!!!!!! It is not given it is earned!!!!!

I love Sully's Games! It is the only competition group that I joined on Facebook and actively played from the start as they offer free games and affordable games and the community and values haven't changed since moving from Facebook to the website and gives a chance for more people to win 😀 I have won a few times lego, £1000 cash,£100 worth of easter eggs, £200 cash and few £10 instant wins and absolutely admire the amazing team that work hard to make sure that its fair and they are genuinely so kind and generous and trustworthy as they have made sullys an amazing community/group to be in and i look forward to see what more the future holds for sullys games 🤞💯

Absolutely disgusting service. We had our elderly parents travelling with us. And our flight got cancelled to the next one available which the airline didn’t even inform about the customer service kept changing their statements and were not willing to help the situation or provide further information the staff at the customer service were very unprofessional not knowing what they are doing and seemed to not care about the whole situation. I would definitely not be using this airline again and don’t recommend to anyone!!!

This dealership looked after my company vehicle’s service schedule. The dealership were good communicators and worked well to keep me informed and dealt with my warranty repairs when needed. All staff were polite and professional, the dealership had many new and pre loved cars to choose from, with a smart modern look to the showroom. I would recommend this dealership for Volkswagen sales, repair and servicing .

I prepaid to have a spot reserved to park for my cruise. There were no spots available when I arrived Had a difficult time reaching somebody. And when I did was told they use a third-party and there was nothing they could do to help me find a place to park. With time running out to board the ship, it was extremely stressful. We will never use this company again and would not recommend to anybody.

You have sent me an email saying I have received my order and how was the experience, well it's still not arrived for the second time. I've had to purchase the dog food locally. I tracked the item in the afternoon and its said it will be with me between 13.03and 15.03 and I'm still waiting this is an absolute waste of my time. I will be on the phone tomorrow to cancel. DHL are a joke

I have tried all the copiers on the market and Tradesyncer is by far the best one! Recently they have added lot of new features such as account copy using different groups, daily pnl card, alerting on opened positions and so many awesome little things that make your life easier as a Futures trader. I highly recommend this copier!

Rachel‘s artwork on the enamel pins I purchased was unbelievable. Her communication was stellar and she even responded to me on a weekend night Rachel ensured that the pins arrived not only on time but a week in advance. This has been one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend.

I'm just disappointed with the amount given for 300 million points. I think I just expected more since I get $1 for every 1.5 million points. My disappointment is valid since collecting 300 million points is very hard to reach. I think it's just unfair on my side for not getting what I was expecting.

I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and lost MS Office which I originally purchased from DSP back in 2022. After contacting them about my problem, they resent the application which is fantastic service. Most companies won’t even reply after a few months so I’m very happy with their customer service.

I ordered a Bertram Boat hat from Redbubble.com. They charged my card $44.02 but didnot send promised confirmation email. Its been over a week. They sent me an email saying the hat is still in my cart. But when I looked back, nothing is in my cart.
